State Mentors Time Commitment

(as communicated to the States in DO JS P 14/01/2022)

*1 hour each for

i. mentoring by NMs,

ii. Remedials for CHOs

iii. Weekly monitoring and reporting

iv. prep for next week

**Meeting NMs once a month, remedials once a month, reporting and planning once in 2
weeks

Personal Mentoring with 3 CHOs per day. Each call for 20 minutes plus 10
4:30 PM minutes for filling form

Summary:

1. Synchronous session.
i. TWO Live group mentoring sessions with assigned CHOs under observation of team
of National mentors and CMC team.
Batch A: Mondays and Thursday, with 18 CHOs on each day (total 36 CHOs)
9.30am to 11.30am
Batch B: Tuesdays and Fridays with 18 CHOs on each day (total 36 CHOs)
9.30am to 11.30am
ii. Planning meeting with assigned National Mentor and Master Trainer. Once a week
for ONE hour

2. Asynchronous time commitments:


• Virtual Personal Mentoring conversation with three assigned CHOs every day (to
cover all 36 CHOs once every 2 weeks). Each conversation for 20 minutes followed
by 10 minutes for documentation and reporting
• 20 minutes a week for virtual Personal Mentoring conversation with assigned
National Mentor
• Weekly monitoring of CHO progress and reporting
• Remedials for CHOs as required
• Preparation time for live group mentoring sessions

Suggestions:

1. The Time commitments for State Mentors needs to be communicated at the earliest to
immediate supervisors, in order to prioritise protected time to complete these assignments
as needed
