Research is important especially in understanding, increasing knowledge, and gathering facts

for social life. Social research is done to learn more about certain parts of society, such as
humanities, business, or any other social science. Research is used to build or develop new
theories in order to better understand the process underlying a specific occurrence or action, or
to check whether existing theories are valid. Another one is that research is undertaken to
inform decisions or actions to solve everyday difficulties such as analyzing the success of policy
and business research emphasizes the value of research as a source of knowledge for problem-
solving. Research is the process of examining and analyzing many facts of an issue in order to
find a commercial solution and give you a clue in every question. As a student, research help us
in our daily life because we learn about the natural world and how our activities affect it. We
develop a better knowledge of people and why they behave in certain ways. Best of all, we get
to improve our lives with the most up-to-date information on topics such as health, nutrition,
technology, and business. It essentially refers to facts based on objective insights and/or study
findings processed by the human brain. It can be acquired through various means, such as
reading books and articles, listening to experts, watching documentaries or investigate shows,
conducting interviews, experiment and interacting with other people.
Furthermore, reading scientific findings and keeping up with them sharpens our own analytical
skills and judgment. It forces us to use critical thinking and make objective decisions based on
facts rather than hearsay or rumors. Studies also reveal that research helps restore and protect
memory and enhances mathematic and problem-solving skills. If we don’t have research people
will become ignorant and unaware. We wouldn’t understand or go forward. Without research,
we couldn’t say we were close to finding the cure of cancer or find the most eco-friendly way to
light up our home and offices. We wouldn’t know that, even though bees are not our favorites,
they do a job that help us all. Without research, we could not possibly survive as long as we
have and there are still a lot of things that have yet to be discovered: diseases to cure, water to
explore and many more. Therefore, it plays a very important role in our life not just as a student
but also as a person and it can be way to improve our daily lives and it prepares our mind for a
better understanding of concepts and theories. A person’s learning capacity is improved and
they can perform better in comparison who is reluctant to research. As I conduct some research
since junior high school I learned and witnessed a lot of things just like research is what propels
humanity forward. It’s fueled by curiosity: we get curious, ask questions, and immerse
ourselves in discovering everything there is to know. Learning is thriving. Without curiosity and
research, progress would slow to halt, and our lives as we know them would be completely
different.
