the difference of four leadership behavior: contributor, collaborator, communicator, challenger. Explain
this briefly and do not rely on the appendix given.

- Contributors are task-oriented team members that are totally committed to finishing the
duties that have been assigned to them. They take responsibility seriously and are meticulous and
organized. Collaborators are extremely goal-oriented individuals who value the team's vision, objective,
and goal highly, Members of the communication team are committed to ensuring that there is adequate
process management in place and Challengers constantly consider the big picture and frequently have
many inquiries about the objectives, procedures, and morals of the team. Therefore It's actually true
that assisting others in their success will help you flourish more quickly and effectively.

2. considering the attitude and culture of the Filipinos nowadays, in a broad analysis, hat do you think is
the best leadership behavior to be adopted by the president to improve the quality of life of the
Filipinos? Explain your answer.

-Placing God at the center of your life, having a personal relationship with God, and praying are,
in my opinion, the best leadership behaviors. They are also the best assets.

I believe it's the wisest course of action to take since, in today's world, people tend to focus on the small
gs (gods) that are only temporary. For instance, money is the root of all evil, and greed for it is what
makes people blinded in reality. I believe that this behavior can improve the quality of life in every
Filipinos.

In school students should have the chance to
take on leadership roles in order to develop
their interpersonal skills, sense of self, and
ability to do work efficiently. Additionally, it
offers a chance to develop and demonstrate
good interpersonal and communication skills.
Community leadership increases people'
capacity to participate in the civic life of their
community by increasing their commitment to
the community. This fosters the growth of
grassroots innovations that enhance the quality
of life for community members.
