SHORT ITINERARY
 Day 1: Arrive Saari (6,594Ft. /6-7hrs. drive from Dehradun).
 Day 2: Saari (6,594Ft.) to Deoriatal and back to Saari (7,801 Ft. /3km Trek/approx. 2-3hrs).
 Day 3: Drive from Saari to Chopta (8,790ft) and trek to tungnath(13000ft) night stay in
chopta (5km Trek/approx 4-5hrs).
 Day 4: Drive back to Dehradun (6-7 hrs).

Let’s Trek – We meticulously tag along safety management procedures and guidelines. One of
our founder Mr. P.S. Bisht is an Ex Army person and has been climbed Mount Everest twice
while he was working with Nehru Institute of Mountaineering school as an instructor and also
all of our trek leaders are well trained at the Nehru Institute of Mountaineering school on safety
management and first aid. We have a very well skilled team of Outdoors Instructors lead by
mountaineer equivalence excellence and unvarying enhancement of skills and each guide is
hand-picked for attitude & love for the mountains as much as for absolute trekking excellence.
We do trekking in small groups, so can manage better services along with a team of guides and
porters with mule. The porters along with one guide travel in front of the pack to ensure that
the trail is clear and to set up the camp site in advance.
 Our Equipments

QUECHUA ARPENAZ XL 3 TENT

We use quality Quechua Arpenaz XL3 tent. These tents are Water resistance,
Waterproof and validated in the laboratory test mission. Area under roof
breathable polyester double prevents water droplets resulting from
condensation, which is deposited on the inner face of the double roof. The
ventilation element in the spare one and two ventilation parts on both sides
of the entry to limit condensation and air fresheners.

FORCLAZ -5° LIGHT HIKING SLEEPING BAG

This sleeping bag is comfortable in temp. −5˚C/Limit temp. 11˚C & can
be used to sleep 2 people. Inner fabric: 100% polyamide. Outer fabric:
100% polyester insert: 100% polyamide and wadding: 100% polyester.
The minimum temperature at which a user feels comfortable overall −
neither hot nor cold − while huddled up in the sleeping bag (as
determined for an average male user under normal conditions of use).

HIKING POLE

It gives a support to Hiker all along trek with comfort. This high quality
pole is made of durable light weight aluminum − Poles extend from 25.5
to 53 inches (approximately). Poles contain anti−shock springs for more
comfortable trekking. Durable tips for less for giving surfaces, rubber
foot for flat surfaces and optional snow disk for use on sober ground
coverings.

CRAMPONS

A crampon is a traction device that is attached to footwear to improve

mobility on snow and ice during ice climbing. Not only are crampons
used during ice climbing, but they are also used for secure travel on
snow and ice, such as crossing glaciers, snowfields and ice fields,
ascending snow slopes, and scaling ice−covered rock.

Q. What will be the daytime and night temperature?
A. During day time the temperature will be around 15° to 25° and during night it will
fall down to -1°
Q. Are trekking shoes mandatory?
A. Trekking shoes are not mandatory but, it will make the trek more comfortable and
easy. Take a shoe with a good grip and high ankle support. Shoes should be
waterproof.

Q. Are accommodation for men and women separate?
A. Yes, men and women will not be sharing tents, unless they want.

A. You will get only get Almost all mobile network in Saari and Chopta. In other
locations you won’t have any network.

Exclusion:-
1- Food during Travelling from Dehradun to Saari and Saari to Dehradun.
2- Bag pack offloading charges additional (Rs 300/Day/Bag).
3- Any kind of personal expenses.

1- Full payment to be made in advance at the time of trek booking.
2- Last date of booking will be closed before 7 days prior.
3- Team Let’s Trek has the right to change camping sites, itinerary, and schedules
without any notice.
4- Camping sites can be changed as per the weather conditions.
5- Payment of one trip will not be adjustable against any other future trips.

Cancellation Policy:-
1- Before 28 Days: 90% of total land package cost will be refundable.
2- Before 21-28 Days: 75% of total land package cost will be refundable.
3- Before 14-21 Days: 50% of total land package cost will be refundable.
4- Less than 7 Days: 30% of total land package cost will be refundable.
