affinity to connecting with all people. Clearly there are a multitude of psychometric testing options
available in the market place, but here is something straightforward, simple and free to use. It can
be an insightful way to establish what your personality style is and in turn how you “communicate”
yourself to others. Each “style” has its own strengths and weaknesses, gaining clarity on some of
these areas may support you in adapting your behaviours to better connect with those around you.
