It operates in three segments: Wireline Services, Wireless Services, and Other Services. Qwest provides local service in 14 western U.S. states CPLUS is a web based ordering tool that is used by Customer Service Representatives to order Wireline, Broadband, DIRECTV and VOIP services. The need of Consulting Plus application is mainly for the Customer Sales Representatives who need to input the details of the order placed by the customer. The sales representatives through the Consulting Plus application enter the order placed by the customer. The order details entered by the representatives are being processed further by the downstream systems. These downstream systems are basically present for further validation of the order entered by the Customer Sales representatives. There are primarily five main type of orders namely the N, C, T&F, R and D and various screens to navigate for different types of orders and sending the orders to OBS system for further business validations. Wireless_Service_Management_PSG is the team which provides round the clock support and services to TTSL Postpaid Customers. TTL OS Service Management supports the following functions: 1. Metasolv Exit Project, TTSL Tata TeleServices Limited (TTSL) April-2008 to July-2009 Telecom Project dealing with incorporating order management of Oracle Metasolv in CRM. TTSL promoted by TATA Group is a licensed private operator for providing basic telephony services across all the Telecom Circles. At TTSL, Metasolv application is used for its Order Management. The organization has decided to retire Metasolv application and to replace the application with a customer built Order Management System. Dependency on Metasolv for Service Fulfillment of Wireline services has been removed with the advent of FAS. Service Assurance

dependency is being removed in a phase wise roll-out starting with GSM, Wireless and Wire-line services. Application # 1 Facilities Assignment System (FAS) is a web based interactive application which allows the network department users to enter the required network data for activating a particular wire line del on the Switch. Facilities assignment module will allocate the OE (Order Equipment) number on a switch and the other unique network facilities to del. FAS Application, originally developed in Oracle Forms 4.5 is Migrated to J2ee using Struts Framework. Screens for Attribute values configuration using struts Framework. This is being extensively used for attributes configurations for static tables. Also the application is leveraged to do configuration for dynamic tables configurations. The Value Label Configuration Tool is a stand-alone tool built for the purpose of MS-Exit to handle the aspect of value label configurations in Metasolv, in CRM Developer/Team Member with the following responsibilities Study of the existing application present in Oracle forms and converted into Java screens Design of the system based on MVC architecture Develop the screens in Servlets. After that converted into JSPs, Struts and PL/SQL procedures required for fetching the data for the application
