2. The amount of the commission shall be deducted from the gross sales on a separate check to be

3. Agent/s is /are allowed to sell the properties at the price higher than indicated in this authority
to sell. that any amount

4. NOTWITHSTANDING THE EXPIRATION OF THIS AUTHORITY: The agent broker will be entitled to

stated properties after the expiration date of this authority.
5. However, the agent/s notwithstanding that he/she is not license realtor, the same is still entitled
to the commission as agreed stated above.
6. This authority to sell shall for all legal intent and purposes and be considered as OFFER TO SELL
as defined under existing laws.
7. The owner warrants that they guarantee the commission of the agent/s mentioned above
should the BUYER ,registered by them , later enter into agreement transferring possession,
ownership, or both with the knowledge of the agents.
