RECOMENDATIONS
RECOMMENDATIONS
A. Potential of the company as a training ground
 Availability and appropriateness of facilities, equipment and machinery
Being a trainee on this company I can say that this company is appropriate and a
potential perfect training ground, because you will be starting from the very small
detail and procedure during your working period, you will be undergoing from the
supervision of your lead man until you have enough knowledge about the work.
When in terms in equipment and tools this company can provide best equipment you
need.
 Company personnel cooperation
No problem with the personnel, they are willing to share what they knew about the
job. They also give references to help you grow on the field what you are working
for.
B. Duration of training (too long or too short)
During my stay in this company I enjoy a lot working with the personnel and with the job
so for me the duration of training short but not too short, I still learned a lot of thing from
them.
C. Suggestions for the improvement of the training program
Add more training time for some of the trainee, and keep on making programs that can
help the student be familiar on the working site, like plant visit and more actual work
activity.
D. Advise to future On-the-Job Trainees
I advise for the future On-the-Job trainees to obey always on the assigned personnel to
you and don’t think that you’re engineering students and they are only technical graduate,
think that you’re a trainee and you want to learn a lot from them. And everything you do, do
your best not only to pass the subject but to learn and gain knowledge from the experience
during the training period.
