1.0 PERFORMANCE TEST AND GUARANTEES 1.1 Mechanical Guarantee The Mechanical guarantee for materials and workmanship shall be provided by vendor as per consensus of client, 1.2 Performance Guarantee 1.2.1 The Guarantee of performance and function according to clauses specified below, shall be demonstrated after operational start-up and after the plant has been run at almost full load for at least one month, 1.2.2 Performance test at site or shop shall be carried out as per approved Performance Test Procedure. 1.2.3 If the performance test fails by reasons attributable to vendor the next test run must be carried out within one month. The vendor shall during this period, carry out necessary modification, rectifications to the package after duly in informing the client of the same, at his cost, 1.2.4 Guaranteed figures shall be as below.
