1. As a student, what is the importance of physical education in our daily living.
Answer: The importance of physical education for us is to provide a healthy body and
become strong enough in ourselves. There are many purposes why many people required or
need to exercise daily because our body needs to have an active muscle, brain, blood, and all
parts of the our body that needs to be function well. In addition, for those people who have
problems in the parts of their body seems to be limited because of their condition. For
student, physical education is very important because it is not only improving the body but
also, it helps the students to enlighten their mind so that they can always focus on their
different activities in school.
2. In your own opinion, what is the difference of between fitness and exercise?
Answer: For me, exercise is form of activity that has been planned and structure and has
a subset and transition action that needs to execute with the person. Fitness is just the same
with exercise. If you want to achieve fitness, you need to exercise. Exercise is a guide to
achieve fitness. Fitness will always depend on exercise because if you don’t exercise, then
you are not physically fit. Exercise helps people manage their weight at the normal rate and
also you can prevent some diseases like diabetes or high blood pressure. In this way, many
people can live longer because of exercise but it is not required to all of us to exercise
because for those who have a bad condition on their body, their exercise seems to be limited
at the point they will not hurt her body because only of exercise.
1. Enumerate the different objectives of Physical Education and discuss each objective.
PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT.
. Physical development is the growth and development of both brains and body
and involves developing control of muscles and physical coordination. Physical
development has something to do in physical education because your body will react
including your brain while doing an exercise. Example when you lift some heavy things,
then all parts of your body will be going to react including the muscles, brain, and others.
As you execute, the movement of your body takes different position and style, and it will
not stay the same
SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT.
Social development is about improving the well-being of every individual in
society so they can reach their full potential. Social development means investing people.
From the word potential it refers to persons potential in their lives. If a person’s potential is
fully enhanced, then they can do everything they want however, it also needs a limitation.
Physical education helps improve cooperation with peers and social skills such as leaderships
and fine-tuning motor skills. Healthy behaviors are a positive side effect of exercise while
also increasing social skills necessary for development.
MENTAL DEVELOPMENT.
Mental development has something to do with everyone were in it is connected
on our brain that contains an important rule in mental development. Physical education and
exercise play an important role in brain development. Examples, exercise helps improve the
thinking process and problem-solving skill. Anyone can remember what they are thinking
and what they have thought, and they can perform better because the mental development of
a person is fully enhance. In addition, physical activity can improve mental health by
decreasing and preventing conditions such as anxiety and depression as well as improving
mood and other aspects of well-being.
EMOTIONAL DEVELOPMENT.
Emotional development involves learning and what feelings and emotions are.
It is simply referring to a person on how they control their emotion in the different
perspective of their lives. Emotion is a kind of feeling that would always react if there were a
situation that has been unexpected or expected. It also understands how feelings and emotion
occur, recognizing your own feelings and those for others, and developing effective ways for
managing those feelings. Emotional development refers to the ability to recognize, express,
and managing the feelings at different stages of life and to have the empathy for the feelings
of yourselves towards the others.
