S.NO POINTS

1 Painting work required in both GI plant structure, EOT Cranes & stack platforms, due to
chemical fuems, it is get rusting.

2 All openings like earth pit chambers to be covered

3 Disposal or return of old/expired material (i.e. paint, hardner,chemicals etc.)

4 DG stack will be outside of building

5 Monkey ladder to be install in all areas of plant specially in new plant.

6 Safety rope line to be install in all bay for working at height ie. Maintanance work of EOT,
CCTV etc.

7 Installation of Fire alarm, Hand operated siren, Electrical siren & wind sock stand

8 Try to educate 100% Compney Employee & regular contaract labour on different topics
related to Safety.

9 Work Permit System to be impliment in the month

10 a) In first phase critical equipments like crane, pressure vessel, press m/c etc.
