Friends, good night this is UFC 269 you are looking at the Main card of this unique tournament,

the final tournament of the year. It's going to be a very good one tonight. We have 14 great
fights ahead of us with you David Bagdasaryan and Oleg Volodin. Greetings to all, and indeed I
can't even argue here, today should be very hot, this is the last numbered tournament of the
year with 2 championship fights at the head, and the fights are very interesting. Probably the
main fight of the night between Charles Oliveira and Dustin Poirier, and according to bookmaker
odds Amanda Nunes can't afford to lose here, but that's a good sport we watch. But we do have
a lot of other great fights. We'll see Sean O'Malley and Cody Garbrandt, and a showdown
between two of the top welterweights, Santiago Ponzinibbio and Geoff Neal, but let's go back to
the arena. Bruce Buffer is in the center of the octagon. Chris Dannen is the referee for this fight.
Gillian Robertson is straight from Canada in the other corner of the octagon, and now we are
shown her opponent Priscilla Cam. Totally different, I'd say opposite fates for these girls in the
UFC. Gillian Robertson had a great start in the world's strongest promotion, she has two wins in
a row. Priscilla Cam had three straight losses, but then the Brazilian was able to rectify the
situation. Now she is on a streak of 2 KOs in a row. You all probably remember Priscilla Cam's
UFC debut against Valentina Shevchenko very well, then Valentina just went down to 125
pounds. Priscilla Cam took an unbelievable beating, but let's get to the point, she dives for the
legs, Gillian Robertson. Now barely able to catch her opponent with an uppercut on the clinch,
but she catches her very nicely with a leg pass. Gillian Robertson, one takedown. They still
have half a round to go. Gillian Robertson has the most sub wins in the history of the UFC in
this division. Yeah, she's trying to go for the takedown after all. Tough moment for her, and
there's no way you can make a mistake now, Priscilla tries to get out, fails, and ends up hooking
Gillian Robertson's elbows out of site control. And exactly here from the equator of round 1 we
see a clear change of leadership in this fight. Gillian Robertson handles it, it's not often that the
Canadian won by knockout, the finish, straight, was already for Cam. Here - here - you could
have paused, taken a break, come to your senses. But Gillian Robertson opens the card of
UFC269 with a 1st round submission Very upset for the Brazilian athlete if only because she
was too patient to lose for literally seconds before the end of the round. Cam did not have a
timer in front of her eyes, so she was not sure if it was all over, and she just had to endure it.
And she was patient for a long time, objectively speaking. For Gillian Robertson, this is her 5th
win in the women's flyweight division. She solidifies her lead. With one second left in the first
round, Gillian Robertson wins by rear-naked choke. She hit several times, and showed fantastic
grappling, and didn't let up the pressure. In fact, with the 1st punch, she smashed my nose, it
was obvious, I knew she had the power, but I was sure that once we got into doubles, I would
be the dominant one and it worked out that way.
