WORKMANSHIP
A) Velcros are very harsch and damage pullovers of our models, please use softer ones
B) The joining seams of rib and shell fabric at cuff feelstill too thick and uncomfortable. Please use thinner workmanship (e.g. cut one seam allowance shorter, fold seam allowance apart.....)
C) in generall seam allowances are quite thick, also at neck line, please work seams thinner. Please suggest solutions. At size S zip was hard to close and open at neck line area. please see picture
D) back stitches are often too thick due to too many sticthes back and forth. Please see below pictures and improve machine settings. Furthermore back sticthes should not be in the middle of
hood panel or CF
E) samples show small fabric defects, please take care for production to exclude faulty parts at cutting
F) scratches on fabric, by something sharp, please take care that needle is on highest point when moving fabric and scissors are not near fabric surface while sewing( sorry not visible on foto)
G) positioning of velcros should be accurate, there should be no black stitchings visible from velcro next to outside velcro
H) Wavy velcro edges, please cross check die cut molds, also corners are not round, they have 2 points
I )bartacks sometines look not nice either.
J) there is no heat seal or claw at bottom stop of pocket zippers, in case there is not a bartack of welt, it is easy to break the seam at this area. please consider heat seal top and bottom stops for
closed end zips.
K) buttons show already metall colour underneath, please source better buttons

L) several other small workmanship findings

FITTING
Some msmts are out of tolerance or just inside tolerance. please keep closer to given measurements.
- As joining seams of rib and shell fabric at cuff feels uncomfortbale we suggest also to increase 1/2 cuff width by 0,5cm together with an improved workmanship as
mentioned at Workmanship section
- Shoulder seems too slanted, furthermore there is tension on shoulder part,this gets worse from size to size pls. see picture and improve

FITTING
-There is front length missing starting from size L onwards, at size L it is just ok, at size XL about 1,5-2cm, but for size XXL it is about3,5cm or more
Also hem ist standing away from body, we suggest to change the grading for hem to the shaped jacket grading, Please see updated msmts chart .( same hem grading as ladies dynashield pilot
