The highlight of the video for me is when he talked about likeability.

We need to be likeable to enchant

someone for them to be engaged in our business. Common areas that we need to look at is our smile,
how we dress and a great handshake. A genuine, Duchenne smile is what we need to have, make sure
that we dress equal to the audience (this means that you don’t over or under-dress, make sure you
know what type of audience you are dealing with), and just making sure that you have a good first
impression because first impressions last.

You can take multiple lessons from this video. I think for me is that to build trust you must trust first, and
they will trust you in return. It is like giving people the benefit of the doubt and always think of how you
can help others. You need to respect people’s time and attention, tell a story for your product because
people remember stories and they would clearly see the purpose of it.

By watching this video, I will use some of the points mentioned especially being likeable and
trustworthy. Dealing with customers every day, I will make sure that I keep them engaged and establish
that trust that would make them trust us back. I know all the points that I learned from the video would
help me be more efficient and effective in working with others.
