substance of the research. The statement are
designed to determine the conditions, knowledge,
perceptions, and/or attitudes that are supposed to
be measured.
4. Adequateness of Items per Category
The items represent the coverage of the research
adequately. The number of statements per area is
representative enough for the questions needed in
the research.
5. Attainment of Purpose
The instrument as a whole fulfills the objectives
for which it is constructed.
6. Objectivity
No aspect of the questionnaire suggests bias on
the part of the researcher(s).
