Enclosed is some information I want you to look over and also do, we are not in a position to just quit
working on our skills until August 9, 2012. That is a sign of a losing mentality and culture that will end
at this position. Everyday besides lifting and running I expect you to do these drills and on these 2
sheets. What I have enclosed is a DVD of drills that we will use from the University of Miami. I
believe in order to be successful you have to follow the blueprint of other successful programs and it
all comes down to Drills, commitment and heart. I will also send you a sheet of the days broken down
into 7 Week Intervals. Week one will begin on June 11, 2012, you will chart down the number of reps
you did on these drills. On Week, 3, I will send you cutups of the Runs and passes that you would
have been working on the past 2 weeks. As a way to see what you are doing right or wrong. If course,
my email and cell phone is always available if you have any questions. On Week 4, we are at the
halfway point of your 7 week WR Training. This week I will send you a DVD of Personnel,
Formations, and also you will have some paperwork associated with other formations that may not be
on the DVD. In addition, I will also send you some plays out of different formations with both Run and
Pass and also what a Wide Receiver needs to know about Defensive Secondary. Week 5, I will send
you some more Plays but also we will be learning some basic Special Team Formations and concepts.
Special Teams is a 1/3 of the game and teams that win consistently take advantage of this Unit. I will
also send you a Hudl link of our first Opponents Chowan University on September 1, 2012 at 6 PM
Home. And a Scouting report that needs to be filled out. It is one page and I will send you their Roster
so you can answer some of these questions. We will discuss these on the phone at a time I want you
to get with me. Week 6, We will review everything from Week 1-3 and on Week 7 we will review
everything from Week 5. So, enjoy your vacation, but also realize on August 9, 2012 we are going to
hit the ground running and be successful and consistent in the execution from your position everyday.
