Introduction

In modern times, the quality to which water must be purified is typically set by
government agencies. Whether set locally, nationally, or internationally, government
standards typically set maximum concentrations of harmful contaminants that can be
allowed in safe water. Most communities rely on natural bodies of water as intake
sources for water purification and for day to day use. In general, these resources can be
classified as groundwater surface water and commonly include underground aquifers,
creeks, rivers and lakes.

One major purpose of water purification is to provide clean drinking water. The
purification procedure reduces the concentration of contaminants such as suspended
particles, parasites, bacteria, viruses and fungi.

The type of industry that I am planning to enter is the water refilling station.
Nowadays, this is one of the important needs of the people. The purpose of water
purification is to provide clean drinking water of the individuals.

I choose this business not only for my own sake but most importantly for the sake
of everyone, the safety of having a purified water is very crucial in our body because
water is one of the essential needs to help prolong our life.

As what I have said earlier, I want to have a water refilling business to make sure
the safety of everyone by purification of cleaning the water and reduces the
contamination before drinking and using it to the food.

The benefits of my chosen business is to provide the security of people by

drinking clean water. It removes contaminants that may remain in drinking water and
improves water quality and taste.

 One of the fast expanding businesses in many cities nationwide is the water
refilling station. It’s mushrooming on every street corner, because a lot of people in urban
areas prefer to get their drinking water from this water stations, its simply clean and safe
to drink. Over the years, as the demand for cleaner water becomes higher, the price of
household water purifiers and bottle water has become prohibited. Water refilling station
manage by private entrepreneurs offer a cheap and more convenient solution to the public
drinking water needs than bottled water or the use of household filters.

H20 water refilling station had just been established last April 2021. This business
is owned and personally managed by the group 3. It was located at Bahay Pare Candaba
Pampanga, the vicinity is surrounded by residential and commercial areas. The store is
air-conditioned to maintain cleanliness and so with the personnel, it also provides parking
space for those who are picking up bulk orders. The location of the store is very
accessible to the neighbors. The refilling operations start at 7:00 am ends at 5:00pm
(Monday to Saturday). And for Sunday this is the day where all employees are day off
and also our store is close. Our H20 water refilling station has a 16 stages of water
filtration and purification system. We are offer free delivery for those customers who buy
minimum of 5 gallons. They also have free water dispenser for those a loyal customers.
And our refilling station is also selling a mineral water in a bottle and is fresh from
refrigerator.

To be well-known purified water refilling station in its finest and good sanitation.
Promoting safe and pure water in every drops. Improving life with healthier products.

Mission:

The H²0 water refilling station aims to provide cleanest and finest purified water
that will promote good health and well-being in the community.

neighborhood. In the provinces, the scenario is worse. Some people rely on wells or even
on rivers for their supply of water for daily consumption. Amidst this uncertainty, a
solution has appeared in the thousands of water Refilling Station that now that the
Philippines landscape. These shop began as privately run community sources, where
consumers would bring container and fill them for a per gallon fee that is a small fraction
commercially bottle water cause. Demand is high that most store now offer home
delivery for regular customers. Most shop produce between 3,000 and 12,000 liters of

Nowadays, bottle water has established a major foothold in the Philippines. With such an
intense competition, how do business cope up with the pressure? This is what the
Researchers of this study would like to unveil. In the course of this study the researchers
aim to discover and compare marketing strategy employed buy this water refilling
station. And this study also tackles the safeties of processes use by water refilling station
in the Philippines, specifically on the National Capital Region on the purified water it
sells to its customers. The study focuses on the processes the water refilling station
implements to purify the water from its concessionaires not in the working place of water
refilling stations. The group chose to research on this topic since nowadays, as the
demand for cleaner water becomes higher, the price of household water purifiers and
bottled water has become prohibitive. Water refilling station manage by private

We must need have DTI Business permit, mayor’s permit and BIR permit. Also
follow the rules of sanitizing of DOH like quality control, sterilization for 100%
battle disinfection.

We need to ensure the quality in products and services. We need also the Low
societal awareness about importance of safe drinking water is a factor to be
worked upon.

Since nowadays many of people used a social media and this is one of best way
for promoting our product. They also uses a technological devices for water
purification.

The demand of water refilling station or a stores that selling purified water is now
increasing. The quality of purified water conforms with the National Standards for
drinking of water produced by traditional water supply systems interms of removed
impurities.

Our target market is the residence of Barangay sitio 3, Pare Candaba Pampanga.
And also the household of near Baranggay of Bahay Pare Candaba Pampanga. The
household in barangay Bahay Pare are 658 and almost of the household are using a
purified water.

Competitor

Our Competitor is Aqua Water Refilling Station. The location of this water
Refilling station is in sitio 2 Barangay Bahay Pare Candaba Pampanga. They offer free 1
gallon of water for those customers who buy minimum of 7gallons. they also have free
delivery in nearby areas of Barangay Bahay pare.

The establisher of H20 Water Refilling Station decided to have limited partnership
with one general partner who will have the authority to manage Water Refilling Station
and interact business daily and atleast two people that will act as limited partners that will
be sharing the profit of the business, but their losses are limited to extent of their
investment and they are not involved in the day to day operation of the business. Each

1. Working Hours
The H20 Water Refilling Station is open at 7:00am in the morning and will
close at 5:00pm (Monday to Saturday). Sunday , our store is always closed this is
the day where all employees are rest day.

2. Attendance
a. Employees must be 20 minutes earlier than the schedule of opening.
b. Employees should give prior notice, 2 days before their leave.

3. Rules and Regulations

1. The employee should be presentable, with neat clean, proper and complete
uniform.
 2. If the employee can no longer handle customer complain. Manager must be

3. Every employee is required to provide quality customer service.

Prohibitions

1. Wandering are not allowed. Team members are not allowed to be anywhere but in

Advertising Aspect

1. Flyers
Will make flyers that will advertise our store that we provide for our potential
customers. We will go around area of Bahay pare and nearby barangays to
increase our customers. Our product are listed here with affordable prices. We
will distribute at least 500 flyers.
2. Tarpaulin
We make our own design of tarpaulin and will post it in different areas of
Candaba.
 3. Social Media Advertisement (Facebook)
H20 Water Refilling Station has a facebook page for our customers to visit and
check for our product and offer and updates we will have. Since most of the
people nowadays are found of taking pictures and posting it online, they can tag it
to our page for their friends to know.
