Visitors should arrive at the Museum 15 minutes prior to the
time slot on the entry date as shown on the Ticket(s). MOTF
cannot offer refunds if the arrival time slot is missed.
Re-booking an alternate same day time slot will based on
availability with no guarantee.
All tickets can be redeemed at kiosks within the Museum of the
Future lobby area or at the Customer Service desk in exchange
for wristbands and wearables that enable exhibition access at
the alloted ticket time.
Parts of the Museum may contain loud noises and strobe
effects, flashing lights, rapidly changing images, the use of
lasers, various projections, and/or smoke machines. The
Museum has labeled these areas for your information.
These Ticket Terms and Conditions are supplemental to, and
