 ABSTRACT

As the time is changing, people are getting aware of the laws of our Country. More
and more people are seeking help from the Courts but while approaching the
Lawyers, the main fear which exists in everyone’s mind is that how much their se-
crets and their Conversations are safe with the Lawyers. This paper deals with the
laws which makes it a duty of the Lawyers to never share the information shared by
their clients and it also talks about the privilege given to the Clients and it also states
the Circumstances where Lawyers are allowed to reveal the information given by
their Clients. The information given to the Lawyers by their Clients are Confidential
and if a Lawyer fails to keep that information Confidential then Clients can take ac-
tion against them. This paper also compares the Laws of India from USA and UK in
relation to the duty imposed on Lawyers and Privilege given to Clients related to
Confidentiality.
 INTRODUCTION

Legal Core is the way to assist the people who are not able to access the court easily.
Legal Core includes various kinds of advice, providing service, forming draft or
agreement etc. Legal advice is the way of giving professional opinion relating to any
factual matter or any situation.

Our Legal Core provides the solution by taking aid from virtual support to serve our
clients based on the requirement. It provide the best of advice in exchange for mone-
tary compensation.In our common law system, in criminal and civil law, the advice is
being provided by the advocates or lawyers, or other professionals (such as tax ex-
perts, professional advisors, etc).

 OBJECTIVE

The main objective of the project “Legal Core” to provide all types of legal ser-
vices including but not limited to drafting agreements, contracts, memorandum of un-
derstanding, rental agreements or any other contractual documentations, contractual
or any other commercial, legal statutory documentation and to act as advisers and
consultants on all legal matters to any business entities either Private Limited ,Public
Limited, Government companies, proprietary concerns, partnership firms or any other
legal entities in India or abroad.

To provide arbitration services for rendering disputes between two or more parties in-
cluding individuals, companies, proprietors, associates, unions or any other form of
legal entities.

It also saves your transportation cost, saves time, provide urgent solutions also conve-
nient for busy clients, privacy maintained while discussing over phone and email-
s.This entire process is very fuzz-free one can gain advice over a short period without
worrying about it much.
