Bayyan Kitchen: REVISE & RESUBMIT

1. Submitted information’s, are very generic, not applicable to this project. Submit
customised and project specific Basis of Design.
2. Specialist is advised to submit customised design after gathering all relevant data
from the contractor for proposed installed contents within the cold store.
3. Submit Cold Store Refrigeration Load calculation with all design parameters duly
substantiated from design manuals (Applicable areas, Product type, Daily capacity of
product, Room & Ambient temperatures, K Factor, R Value, U Value, and RH etc).
4. Submitted details shall reflect Transmission Heat Gain (Wall, Ceiling, Floor), Heat
Gain from Infiltrations, Heat Gain from stored Foods , Occurred various heat gains
from the room ( Occupants, Lighting, Equipment’s, Miscellaneous Loads from
unknown sources, Product Loads, Safety factor etc)
5. Space input data is missing – To be provided
6. System input data is missing – To be provided
7. Submit Equipment Selection criteria for Cold Store Refrigeration System comprising
but not limited to: Required Capacity vs Delivered Capacity, Temperature range,
Compressor, Condenser & Evaporator Model details, Quantity offered etc.
8. Run Time (Hours) to be considered in your computations to be duly substantiated.
9. Two nos. of compressors proposed is not sufficient to maintain the set point
temperatures and /or product quality on 24/7 basis, due to any unforeseen
circumstances which could be compressor burn out or any Emergencies. As such,
standby unit / compressor to be considered in your design proposal.
10. Clarify on the Humidification system for the areas of application.
11. Submit Product data sheets of various components of cold store vis-à-vis offered
details of Equipment’s, Doors, Wall panels, Lighting, Flooring & Ceiling Insulations,
etc.
12. Clarify Operational control sequence of operation with control schematic to be
submitted for Cold Store, Control Panel integration with other installed works e.g.
lighting, exhaust fans etc.
13. Highlight all offered data on the product data sheets
14. Submit Product Warranty details
15. Submit recommended spare parts list.
16. Submit authorization letter from the respective manufacturers that BAYYAN
KITCHEN is the exclusive agent, confirming capability for the vendor for supply,
install, and maintain of all materials proposed for the project, without any
intermediary from the region.
17. Submit Country of Origin Details for all major components. Chinese Origin Products
will not be accepted.
18. Sample Manufacturer Test Certificates for the proposed models to be submitted.
19. Design drawings for Individual Cold stores comprising Indoor & outdoor Units,
Refrigerant piping, Sleeve Details, Electrical wirings, all penetrations and Fixation
details, Equipment schedule to be provided.
