‫ﺗﻤﺎﺷﻴﺎ ﻣﻊ رؤﻳﺔ ﺣﻜﻮﻣﺔ أﺑﻮﻇﺒﻲ‪ ,‬ﺗﻠﺘﺰم داﺋﺮة اﻟﺒﻠﺪﻳﺎت واﻟﻨﻘﻞ ﺑﺘﻨﻔﻴﺬ ﻧﻈﺎم ﻣﺘﻜﺎﻣﻞ ﻻﺳﺘﻤﺮارﻳﺔ‬
‫اﻷﻋﻤﺎل و اﻻﺳﺘﺠﺎﺑﺔ ﻟﺤﺎﻻت اﻟﻄﻮارئ واﻷزﻣﺎت ﻟﺘﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﻣﺮوﻧﺔ اﻷﻋﻤﺎل ﺑﺸﻜﻞ ﻋﺎم‪ .‬و ﺗﻄﺒﻖ‬
‫اﻟﺴﻴﺎﺳﺔ اﻟﻤﻮﺣﺪة ﻹدارة اﺳﺘﻤﺮارﻳﺔ اﻷﻋﻤﺎل و اﻟﻄﻮارئ واﻷزﻣﺎت ﻓﻲ داﺋﺮة اﻟﺒﻠﺪﻳﺎت واﻟﻨﻘﻞ ﻋﻠﻰ‬
‫ﻛﺎﻓﺔ اﻟﻘﻄﺎﻋﺎت واﻹدارات‪.‬‬

‫ﺗﺘﻤﺜﻞ أﻫﺪاف ﻫﺬه اﻟﺴﻴﺎﺳﺔ ﻟﺘﺸﻤﻞ ﻣﺎ ﻳﻠﻲ‪:‬‬

‫ﺿﻤﺎن اﻟﺘﺰام ﺟﻤﻴﻊ اﻟﻘﻄﺎﻋﺎت واﻹدارات ﺑﺘﻄﻮﻳﺮ ﺧﻄﻂ اﺳﺘﻤﺮارﻳﺔ اﻷﻋﻤﺎل و اﺧﺘﺒﺎرﻫﺎ ﻣﻊ ﻣﺮاﻋﺎة‬
‫اﻟﺘﻐﻴﻴﺮات ﻓﻲ اﻟﺨﺪﻣﺎت واﻟﻤﻬﺎم‪.‬‬

‫دﻋﻢ اﻟﺠﻬﺎت اﻟﺤﻜﻮﻣﻴﺔ واﻟﺸﺮﻛﺎء اﻟﺮﺋﻴﺴﻴﻴﻦ ﻟﻺﺳﺘﻌﺪاد ﻟﺤﺎﻻت اﻟﻄﻮارئ و اﻻﺳﺘﺠﺎﺑﺔ ﻟﻬﺎ واﻟﺘﻌﺎﻓﻲ‪.‬‬

‫ﺗﺰوﻳﺪ وﺗﺄﻫﻴﻞ اﻟﻤﻮﻇﻔﻴﻦ واﻟﺸﺮﻛﺎء اﻟﻤﻌﻨﻴﻴﻦ ﺑﺎﻹﺟﺮاءات اﻟﻼزﻣﺔ ﻟﺘﺤﺪﻳﺪ اﻟﻤﺨﺎﻃﺮ اﻟﻤﺘﻮﻗﻌﺔ ﻣﻦ‬
‫اﺣﺘﻤﺎﻟﻴﺔ اﻟﺘﻌﺮض ﻟﻠﻤﺨﺎﻃﺮ اﻟﻤﺤﺘﻤﻠﺔ واﻟﺘﻲ ﻗﺪ ﻳﻨﺠﻢ ﻋﻨﻬﺎ ﺗﻌﺜﺮ ﻓﻲ اﺳﺘﻤﺮارﻳﺔ اﻷﻋﻤﺎل و اﻻﺳﺘﺠﺎﺑﺔ‬
‫اﻟﻔﻮرﻳﺔ ﻹﻋﺎدة اﻷﻋﻤﺎل واﻟﺨﺪﻣﺎت واﻟﺘﻌﺎﻓﻲ ﻋﻨﺪ ﺣﺪوث اﻷزﻣﺎت‪.‬‬

‫ﺗﻨﻔﻴﺬ وﺗﻄﺒﻴﻖ اﺳﺘﺮاﺗﻴﺠﻴﺔ اﺳﺘﻤﺮارﻳﺔ اﻷﻋﻤﺎل ﻣﻊ ﻣﺮاﻋﺎة اﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺘﻐﻴﻴﺮات اﻟﻤﺘﻮﻗﻌﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺧﺪﻣﺎت‬
‫وﻣﻬﺎم اﻷﻋﻤﺎل‪.‬‬

‫ﺗﻮﻓﻴﺮ اﻟﺘﺪرﻳﺒﺎت اﻟﻤﺘﺨﺼﺼﺔ واﻟﺘﻮﻋﻴﺔ اﻟﻼزﻣﺔ ﻟﻠﻮﻇﺎﺋﻒ اﻟﺤﻴﻮﻳﺔ واﻟﻔﺮق اﻟﻤﺨﺘﻠﻔﺔ ﻟﺘﺤﻘﻴﻖ اﻟﻨﺘﺎﺋﺞ‬

 Business Continuity Management Policy

Consistent with the vision of the Abu Dhabi Government, the DMT Abu Dhabi is
committed to implementing a robust and integrated system for responding to
emergencies and crises, as a key mechanism for business continuity and to attain
overall business resilience.

The unified Emergency, Crisis and Business Continuity Management Policy for the
Department of Municipalities and Transport applies to all its sectors and divisions.

The objectives of this policy are, but not limited to the following:

To ensure that Business Continuity Plans are developed and implemented.

To support government entities and stakeholders for emergency preparedness,

response, protect and maintain recovery during a disaster or severe unexpected event.

To provide the employees and relevant stakeholders with procedures to identify and
prevent or minimize exposure to business continuity risks and respond promptly to
re-establish those functions or services to meet enterprise business objectives and
ensure minimum required continuity of operations when interruptions occur.

Implement business continuity strategies to account for changes in critical business

functions and services.

To providing the necessary specialized training requirements and guidance and to

enhance the skills of employees and teams to achieve the desired results to fulfil their
emergency, crisis and business continuity roles and responsibilities.

To establish, oversee and maintain continual monitoring, testing and review of policies,
procedures and the maturity level of the emergency, crisis and business continuity
management.
