 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The AIO System (All-In-One System) project is a project initiated for employees and
staff from the government and private sectors as well as permanent and private
students, and entrepreneurs who value work productivity. The purpose of the
implementation is to help users complete and manage their daily tasks. The
question is, what is the AIO System? AIO System is a work management in one
application where users can write notes and journals, plan, manage daily work, and
manage teamwork and organization. As we all know, work life is naturally
complicated because many things have to be managed at one time and even
burdened with time constraints. Due to such things, jobs and assignments become
disorganized making the quality of a project is not in a satisfactory condition. So
with that, our group gathered experts to implement this application in order to help
users in terms of productivity and efficiency. This application can be accessed
using a smartphone as well as a website for the purpose of facilitating users to use
this application anywhere and anytime.

 PROJECT INTRODUCTION
1.0 GOALS
The proposal of this paper is prepared to develop an application that can help
users in terms of productivity especially for those who are working and who
are studying. The researchers involved in this project consisted of 4 skilled
personnel led by Muhammad Amirul Aiman Bin Ahmad Norizan.
AIO System application is productivity-related application that can help users
manage tasks more effectively and efficiently. Time constraints as well as
unmanaged dumping of work have prompted our team to develop this AIO
System project.
The components of the AIO System application will be developed using
Adobe Illustrator software development where the basic process, image, icon,
background, as well as button will be worked on.

2.0 OBJECTIVE
Among the objectives of this AIO System projects are:
I.Help users write personal notes and journals
II.Manage teamwork more effectively
III. Help users review the progress of the project
IV.Help consumers plan marketing strategies for entrepreneurs
V.Helps users organize documents by date, class, and priority
VI..Plan a project by dividing tasks in the calendar provided in this application

3.0 EXPECTED OUTPUT

The end goal of this project is to develop an
application that can manage user productivity where
the application can be accessed using a smartphone
and also a website so that users can access this
application anywhere and anytime.

•This app can benefit various types of users. It is useful for individual
usage like students and teachers, a group of people and also for
professional usage such as accountant and also company. It will help
their routine of task smooth, easy and more productive.

•Students go through their daily routine smoothly and easier. They

can jot down notes and use colourful indicator for different type topic
or subjects in this application.
•Users can make a booklet for team or group usage. It will help them
to perform any important discussion by easily making a mind map. A
team logo can easily be created using cool features.

•This application will be highly useful for any professional task and it
can be use by huge companies. They can write down their plans and
put reminders on important days, and make calculation with
calculator feature.

•Easy to use. Our apps is user-friendly and easy to use even for non-
savvy technological user.This application is well optimized for every
kind of user and help them to settle their work easily,fast and efficient

•All-in-one solution. Our application is well packed with much type of

tools and platform so you do not need any other apps to make your
work. Hence save your precious time by using our application than
using many type of application.

•We are everywhere. Our application is well suited for cross platform
either you are using Android, Mac, IOS, Windows even Linux are
supported for our application. So you do not have to worry about
anything if you use many type of system.

•A clutter-free interface with built-in customization enables

individuals and teams a way to organize work, tasks, and projects.

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY AND TYPE OF DATA COLLECTION
Our research method includes questions related to the project
conducted by us. The purpose of conducting this question paper is to
get responses from respondents to be used as a guideline in producing
a good prototype for users. The research method used was
questionnaire.

RESEARCH INSTRUMENT:
The research instrument for the method of study carried out was based
on the structural questions given to the target users. The purpose of this
question is to obtain information and data from respondents. The
questionnaire consist of 2 section.

Section 1 : Demographic
Section 2 : Problems faced by user and features requested

The first part is related to the background of the user while the second
part is related to the problems faced by the respondents, and the
features desired. This question was given to 95 people randomly
selected from among those believed to be the target users.

METHOD OF DATA ANALYSIS :

The method used to analyze the data received from the respondents is
to produce a pie chart and also a bar chart for each question raised in
the question form. Our team used the questions contained in the
question format as a guideline because the data obtained were accurate
and consistent. The following are the results of the study and data
obtained from the respondents regarding the first section which is the
background of the respondents and the second section which is the
problems faced by the respondents and the characteristics requested
by them. 7

- Many good applications must paid or need to be subscribed to at a very high price which is
troublesome for students that have no side income and have trouble financially.

time arranging tasks and opening the application without getting bored or forgetting about
it.
Difficulties:
-Certain applications have very minimal function and complicated interface. It only
frustrates users and makes them forget as they are not eye catching and further bothers
users.

-He needs a notice whenever time for a certain activity is done as he gets too immersed with
one activity that he forgets about how long has he spent on it.
Difficulties:
-Some applications are advertised very differently than shown what is offered. In the end, he
is in loss as he paid for applications that have failed to meet his expectations.

 FUTURE SOLUTION

In the future, we expect that AIO System would be available to use for
everyone, starting from our country and then around the globe. Becoming
a greatest platform that introduce people the most useful and lot of
innovation for productivity professional daily task. The problem with
people being unorganised or need help with their daily routine is
something that not only people in Malaysia face, but also everyone else
no matter where they come from. At anytime and anywhere around the
world people being connected with their teams and partner using a
smartphone or even new technologies that we never realize about it.
Platform with a friendly user interface to ensure all the task going smooth
to make sure user avoid from any mistakes. We are hearing our user’s
complains, feedback and also suggestions to make user close to our
platform society and happy. Updates should be made every month with
adding new features, more functions and optimization of the application
itself to ensure it is usable despite the difference of device system.
