Job Desc :
Did stake out or general survey related with the points location that are would be drilled at exploration target
areas. Taking survey data about its coordinate and reported to Exploration Supervisor. 2. Calculating of stick
up from the ground, describe regarding the general lithologies includes, grain size, colour, minerals
composition, weathering degree were taken from cutting pieces and put it in each 1 meter, take
documentation with their comparator.
Measuring the TCR (Total core recovery), core litho description, defects (discontinuity surface of structural
geology sorts) include type, surface roughness, RQD (Rock quality designation, Deere 1967), GSI (Geological
strength index) estimation, Depth and thickness in every coal run long.
Identification several Geological anomaly that would being an issues in the future, such as “shear zone, loose
sandstone, Carbonaceous Mudstone” which have an extremely low rock strength are fewer than 1 Mpa.
Taking a samples convenient to procedure of operational standard, wrapping the sample, noted the top and
bottom sample’s information, create the sample numbers, registering and delivering to Laboratory.
Fitting the core log sheet versus Geophysical logs (Gamma ray & Density) and making Drilling daily report
(DDR) at the drilling camp or Rig.
Able to create report after finished hole.
