Monologue

Hi, my name is David and today my monologue theme is Modern technologies. So in the first picture I
can see a man driving a veichle , he seems to be happy, because he is smiling and he is using his mobile
phone and that’s a very bad habit to have because it is very dangerous to drive and use your phone at
the same time, that’s one of the main reasons people get in to car crashes, so I would never use a phone
while driving because it is dangerous.

Then in the second picture I can see students in a class and a teacher, all of the students are using
computers to do classwork and tasks the teacher gave them. the teacher is describing and showing
things on a projector whiteboard. The students and the teacher are not showing any emotions they are
probably just doing their work. Also in our school we use a lot of modern technologies like mobile
phones, computers etc. we use them because it is a better more fun and faster way of learning things
the only bad thing about using modern technologies in school is that the computer screen may have an
negative effect on a student eyes. If I had to choose between a phone and a computer I would probably
go with a phone because we can get the same amount of information out of it and it is way more
compact and easy to carry with you. To sum everything up driving and using your phone is bad and
learning with modern technologies is a great thing.
