I am contacting you in reference to the advertisement published on Indeed in which your

company requires a professional for the position of Community Mobilization Assistant, to send
you my resume for evaluation and to be part of the selection process. My name is Eva Fernanda
Castrillo, I have a degree in psychology and a master's degree in organizational psychology and
clinical psychology. She was currently working as a psychologist in the Victims Unit of Bogotá,
Colombia. There I held the position for two years.
Through this letter, I would like to express my interest in the position of Community
Mobilization Assistant, since it corresponds perfectly to the previous missions I have carried out
and the sector in which I have worked and which I would like to continue growing. This position
represents a great opportunity for me as it would allow me to grow professionally in a company
that I consider a benchmark in the sector. Furthermore, I am convinced that my previous
experience, my motivation and my interest in continuous training will allow me to carry out my
own tasks and responsibilities.

Purpose of the position:

The main objective of the position is to involve communities in the protection of children by
disseminating information, establishing child protection committees and organizing parenting
skills sessions.
Support vulnerable and at-risk populations to meet their basic needs in order to prevent them
from continuing to develop negative survival strategies. Activities focus on multipurpose cash
transfer assistance, feeding infants and young children of lactating women in emergencies,
education and child protection in emergencies.

I am a psychologist by profession, I have a specialization in social psychology and a master's

degree in integral development of childhood and adolescence, I am a skillful, respectful and
responsible person, I like to establish relationships and teamwork, I am interested in this position
because My passion is working with children and young people, I share with you the mission of
promoting significant advances in the way the world treats children, in order to generate
immediate and lasting changes in their lives. I have great skills such as leadership, planning and
organization of projects, I am a very communicative person, I am always open to dialogue and
capable of seeking immediate solutions to problems that arise. I am willing and prepared to
fulfill the responsibilities, I have done some diplomas in technological dissemination which will
allow to promote CFS activities within the community, in addition to that thanks to different
educational projects that I did for my degree thesis, where I obtained a qualification Excellent
and where I was recognized for a meritorious thesis, I was able to participate and live with the
Wayuu community where they gave me the opportunity to study their native language, which
will allow me to make the work easier since we can communicate directly. I bring you
innovative and creative proposals, which I am sure together with my professionalism and
working hand in hand, we can achieve a world in which every child and adolescent can exercise
their right to survival, to protection, development and participation.
