I am writing to express my interest in the Accounting Sttaff position advertised as being open at
this time on your official website. I am an Accounting and Institutional Finance student who will
graduated from SMK Negeri 1 Salatiga in June of 2023. Although the focus of my studies has
been Accounting and Institutional Finance, I am also knowledgeable and quite skilled in Digital
Marketing as well. Also my internship experience, as well as my capability to learn quickly and
solve technical problems immediately, would enable me to play a valuable role at your company.

My knowledge of accounting, together with my certified accounting capacity, has provided me

with the skills necessary to prepare financial reports required by the company's financial analyst
and management. I have also completed internship with PT Satya Mitra Sejahtera for
approximately 3 months as a stockroom staff. I would bring to any position first-rate of
dedication, a good-natured personality, and a commitment to learn quickly and apply the
knowledge in the most effective way exists.

HRD : "Selamat pagi. Perkenalkan, saya Hidayah Nur Febriana selaku HRD di
perusahaan ini, yang akan melakukan proses interview hari ini. Mari kita segera memulai
interview-nya. Silakan duduk."

Interviewer : "Good morning. My name is <<Nama>>, the Hiring Manager of this company.
I'm your interviewee for today's interview. Before it's getting too late, let's immediately start the
interview. Please have a comfortable sit."
Interviewer : "Also real quick before we start asking you questions. The questions we're going
to ask you are either directly or indirectly related to the position you applied for. So we would
appreciate it if you answer the questions with a generous honesty."
Interviewer : "First of all, let us know about yourself."
Interviewee : "Good morning, Ms. <<Nama>>. My name is Hidayah Nurfebriana. I'm a
graduate from SMK Negeri 1 Salatiga majored in Accounting and Institutional Finance. I am
here today to have an interview for the Accounting Staff position at this company. I have to say,
I have a qualified capability in Accounting and also 3 months of experience as a stockroom staff
at PT Satya Mitra Sejahtera."
Interviewer : "What do you know, in general, regarding our company profile?"
Interviewee : "As I was doing a bit of research, I've got to know that this company is an Internet

HRD : "Apa yang Anda ketahui tentang perusahaan ini?"
Pelamar Kerja : "PT Abdi Jaya merupakan perusahaan Garment Manufacturing yang
berskala internasional dan berorientasi pada ekspor. Perusahaan ini adalah salah satu sub
company dari PT Bina Busana yang masuk dalam Tribusana Group."
HRD : "Kenapa Anda tertarik untuk melamar di perusahaan ini?"
Pelamar Kerja : "Alasan saya tertarik untuk melamar di perusahaan ini adalah karena
job description dari posisi yang ditawarkan sesuai dengan background pendidikan saya.
Sehingga skill yang saya miliki pun akan membantu saya bekerja dengan baik di posisi
ini."
HRD : "Apa yang Anda tahu tentang posisi yang Anda lamar?"
Pelamar Kerja : "Posisi yang saya lamar adalah Staff Finance. Posisi ini mengharuskan
saya untuk mengelola keuangan perusahaan dengan teliti dan cermat. Adapun job
description yang dicantumkan dalam iklan lowongan pekerjaan untuk posisi ini adalah
menerima dan mememeriksa invoice dari supplier perusahaan.
HRD : "Apa yang bisa Anda berikan untuk posisi ini?"
Pelamar Kerja : "Sebagai lulusan jurusan Akuntansi dan Keuangan Lembaga yang lulus
dengan nilai baik, saya yakin bahwa saya mampu menjalankan pekerjaan saya dengan
cepat, tepat, dan cermat. Adapun apabila ditemukan masalah atau kendala saat bekerja,
saya mampu mencari solusi yang tepat untuk menyelesaikan masalah dengan skill problem
solving yang saya miliki.
HRD : "Baik. Terimakasih atas jawaban yang sudah diberikan. Kami perlu waktu untuk
mempertimbangkan diterima atau tidaknya Anda di perusahaan ini. Hasil keputusan akan
