Re: Schedule of Classroom Observations

A. General Provision

1. The purpose of the observation is to help you do the best job possible and is not a formal
evaluation of your teaching. It aims to constructively assist all teaching personnel with regards
to effective teaching practices.

2. Tenured (regular) teachers will be observed once at the start of each quarter. Non-tenured
teachers will be observed once every month.

3. Part- time teachers may also be observed.

B. Schedule of Classroom Observation

1. Classroom observations will be conducted from November 28 – December 6 with the following
schedule:

C. Reminders:
 Observations will be done during the regular class, please avoid performance tasks
during your classroom observations.
 Prepare necessary teaching aides, avoid over reliance on power point presentations.
 Provide and follow your lesson plans.
