In connection with above stated subject we, M/s. Tridev Resins (I) Pvt Ltd. are going to do expansion in
existing manufacturing activity at Plot .No: 136/E-Phase II, GIDC Estate, Vapi, Ta – Pardi, Dist – Valsad,

For existing products we have obtained consent order no. AWH 73591, DTD 09-10-2015, valid upto- 13-07-
2020.

Based on the Proposed Products and location (as the project site is within 10 km radius from the Union
territory of Daman) of our Project Site, our project is fall under Activity 5 (f) & category “A”. So, as per the
MOEF notification dated 14th September 2006 & its amendment letter, we have to apply for obtaining
Environment Clearance to Ministry of Environment and Forests.

We had submitted our application along with Form 1 & related supporting documents.

Our proposed expansion activity is falls under Synthetic Organic Chemicals – Cat: 5(f)). So, According to EIA
notification dated 14th September 2006, by Ministry of Environment & Forest (MoEF), Government of
India, our proposed expansion is falling under category “A” as our unit is not located within Notified
industrial area.

Based on the TOR, we are submitting here with our draft EIA Report for EC presentation.

So, we requested you to consider our Draft EIA Report and consider our project for EC proposal in
your next EAC meeting.
