What need to be done?

Two Assignments to be submitted. File format needed is PPT. Topics could be any two out of
many topics referred to in the course outline. Refer to Programme Brochure or First session
video for more details.
Last Date of submission: Phased submission during the course. Exact dates to be announced
in sessions.
(2) Case Study:
What need to be done?
Submit 3 Case studies relevant for the course topics. For reference, refer to Common-game
game case study, Wuhan Hospital case study, Delhi Metro Phase-1, etc case studies covered
by Prof Ravi Shankar. File format needed is PPT.
Last Date of submission: Phased submission during the course. Exact dates to be announced
in sessions.

(3) Term Project:

What need to be done?
Term Project is an overarching topic, covering a few topics of the course. Should use some
examples and cases around this topic. File format needed is PPT. For example, one can take
overarching topics as: (i) PPP Projects in India, (ii) Infrastructure Projects in India, (iii) Risk
Management in Software Project Management, (iv) Role of Soft skill in Project management,
(v) Role of Analytics in Project Management, (vi) Conflict resolution in Project Management,
(vii) Different Software used in Project Management, (viii) Conflict resolution in Project
Management, (ix) Complexities in International Projects, (x) Dealing with multiple projects,
(xi) Project Management in sales & marketing, (xii) Project Management in HR, (xiii) Project
Management in ONGC, (xiv) Project Management in L&T, (xv) Project termination and
closure, (xvi) Complexities and solutions of Project Risk Management, (xvii) Primavera for
Project Management, (xviii) Project Management during covid-19 time, (xix) Project
Management during natural and manmade disasters, (xx) Use of Project Management in
wealth creation in an organisation, etc
Last Date of submission: Submission to made about a month before the end of course. Exact
date to be announced in sessions.

(4) Quiz: There would be online quizzes. Sometimes, there could be non-evaluation type quizzes
– oral or written. Those, who miss the quiz, may not get the opportunity to do it again.

SUBMISSION MODE: Last date and mode of submission would be announced in due course.
Submission on LMS/Canvas would be instructed at the time of submission
