“Asking and hearing people’s opinions has a greater effect
on them than telling them, ‘Good job’.”

Telling people “Good job!” or praising them for what they have done well is very
warming or it feels good when someone is appreciating your achievements. For example you
are given a task or a project where in you’ll need to exert effort to it, so that you could finish it
perfectly. Then after you have finish it, everyone started to notice that you have done a good
job and praising you with the words “Good job”, “Nice Work” and etc.… But not all the time you
would not encounter people asking how do you have done it or what’s the process like because
as like in programming, on coding and making algorithms we have our own logic wherein we are
not the same on making or doing things that will help us learn fully than copy on someone else
work strategies. In contrast to this, it may be helpful in some ways like on how to start your task
or project when you have no clue on what to do or you don’t have any instructions.

I concur that hearing opinions of other individuals is superior that telling them Great
work why? since it's like you're inquisitive about what individuals conclusion and for me hearing
other individuals thought or opinion it's a kind of mentality that help yourself ad also in other
individuals. Because hearing conclusions for me is critical to understand the circumstance that
assist you oversee your choice in life additionally make your life simpler. And I have individual
involvement that I can apply here going back when I Senior High School so I'm the leader of the
research so us we know after you are the pioneer you ought to get conclusion of your part so
