SUPPORTING DETAIL/RECOMMENDATION
Jollibee provides its team with “Safe To and From the
Store Guidelines”. This includes transportation
arrangements, strict use and proper handling of
masks, and filling out a Daily Health watch and store
team tracker for contact tracing even among
employees. Jollibee also ensures that all its branches
are compliant with the Department of Trade and
Industry (DTI) and Inter-Agency Task Force on
Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF) requirements on
indoor air quality and ventilation.
Every member of the company is important so every
employee is taken care of by the company and makes
sure they are healthy and not sick.
Protocols regarding the safety and security of all the
personnel are posted at each facility station for them
to see and read easily as well as health and safety
equipment.
It is in this regard that the company instituted Safety
and Security Systems in store operation to ensure zero
to minimal critical incidents like death, food
poisoning, major physical injury, properly loss or
damage, business loss and major violation to
government rules and regulations.
To help protect the health of its customers and store
teams whose safety is a top priority, the Jollibee
Group has designated Hygiene Ambassadors in the
stores nationwide of Jollibee, Chowking, Mang Inasal,
Greenwich, Burger King, Red Ribbon, Panda Express,
and PHO24.
All health activities are carried out daily to ensure that
everyone is safe and secure.

Jollibee have the space for handicapped persons and
priority lane for PWD and Seniors. They also have the
designated comfort room for them. They also make
sure that they have the assistance from the crew and
managers of the restaurant.
Jollibee provides monthly group meetings and team
building for the team to relieve stress from work.
