Welcome Terrarian!
This tool will walk you through the main content of
Terraria 1.4 aka “Journey's End”. This list is obviously
not exhaustive, because Terraria contains many
random elements.

The document is primarily intended for experienced

players. If you are a new to Terraria, I would rather
advise you to follow your own adventure without this
document which would spoil you much of the
discoveries you could make. Terraria is an awesome
game that deserve you take your time to explore it.

Your progress is saved in your browser, you can

close this page at any time and come back to it later.

If you want to delete your checklist data, you can

click on “Checklist reset” at the top right of your
screen.

I: JOURNEY'S BEGINNING

STYLIST : free the NPC trapped in a spiders nest

II: THE CORRUPTION

GOLFER : talk to him in the Underground Desert

III: THE DUNGEON

Isolate the NPCs from the corruption by creating a 6-

blocks wide trench around their houses

Explore the dungeon completely

Open a maximum of golden chests

IV: THE HELL

Craft some Obsidian Skin Potions (immunizes against

lava damage)

Go to the Hell layer and gather a maximum of

hellstone ore

Upgrade your gear with hellstone

Explore completely the Hell layer

Open a maximum of Shadow Chests

OLD ONE'S ARMY : reach wave 5 if you haven't

already

Prepare a very large and flat area above the lava for
the next boss fight

Get a Voodoo Doll by killing Voodoo Demons

Gear up for the boss (weapons, potions & armor)

WALL OF FLESH : throw a Voodoo Doll in the lava

(to the left to make the boss spawn from the left and
vice versa), then defeat the boss

The world will now enter Hardmode introducing

new and powerful monsters and ores. Corruption
will also spread much faster.

V: THE HARDMODE

Farm the WALL OF FLESH as many times as

necessary to get the Pwnhammer and the Emblems

Destroy the altars in corrupted biomes with the

Pwnhammer to spawn new ores

Buy the Clentaminator and reduce the corruption if

necessary

WIZARD : find and talk to the NPC in the cavern

layer

Explore the undergrounds and gather some

cobalt/palladium

Upgrade your gear and tools with cobalt/palladium

Upgrade your gear and tools with mythril/orichalcum

Upgrade your gear and tools with adamantite/titanium

TAX COLLECTOR : convert a Tortured Soul in the

Hell with some Purification Powder

Get a Gelatin Crystal in the Underground Hallow

QUEEN SLIME : summon the boss with a

Gelatin Crystal in the Hallow biome and defeat
her

During the BLOOD MOON summon mini-bosses

BLOOD EEL and DREADNAUTILUS by
fishing anywhere (fishing at the surface layer is
recommended to have enough space to fight)

VI: MECHANICAL TERRORS

Gear up for the boss (weapons, potions & armor)

THE DESTROYER : summon the boss at night

with a Mechanical Worm, then defeat it

Farm THE DESTROYER to gather a

maximum of hallowed bars

STEAMPUNKER : defeat any mechanical

bosses

Gear up for the boss (weapons, potions & armor)

SKELETRON PRIME : summon the boss at night

with a Mechanical Skull, then defeat it

Upgrade your gear with hallowed bars

Find some ranged weapons and craft some

ammunitions (Chlorophyte Bullets for example)

Gear up for the boss (weapons, potions & armor)

THE TWINS : summon the bosses at night with a

Mechanical Eye, then defeat them

Upgrade your Emblems to Avenger Emblem

Craft a pair of wings

PIRATE INVASION : occurs randomly after

defeating the WALL OF FLESH

PIRATE : defeat the PIRATE INVASION

VII: THE GREEN INFERNO

Find some Life Fruits in the jungle biome and max out
your HP to 500

Upgrade your gear with chlorophyte

Upgrade your gear and weapons rarity by reforging

them at the GOBLIN TINKERER

Get back to the dungeon and farm the hardmode

monsters to get new items

OLD ONE'S ARMY : put an Eternia Crystal in the

Eternia Crystal Stand and survive until wave 7

Gear up for the boss (weapons, potions & armor)

Find the PLANTERA 's bulb in the jungle biome

PLANTERA : destroy the bulb to summon the

boss, then defeat it

CYBORG : defeat PLANTERA

PRINCESS : ensure that all NPCs (24) have

a house

FROST MOON : trigger the event at night with a

Naughty Present and survive until wave 15

Defeating PLANTERA slows the corruption

spread by 50%

VIII: THE RITUAL

Gear up for the boss (weapons, potions & armor)

Find the jungle temple entrance and explore it

GOLEM : summon the boss by putting a Lihzahrd

Power Cell in the altar, then defeat it

Get Solar Tablet Fragments (8) and craft a Solar Tablet

SOLAR ECLIPSE : trigger the event during

daytime only by using a Solar Tablet

MARTIAN MADNESS : trigger the event by finding

a Martian Probe at the surface and attacking it or
approaching it

PUMPKIN MOON : trigger the event with a

Pumpkin Moon Medallion and survive until wave 15

Get some biome keys and open the corresponding

chests in the dungeon

At night, summon all mecanical bosses and defeat

them simultaneously to get a rare achievement.

IX: THE KING OF THE OCEANS

Gear up for the bosses (weapons, potions & armor)

OLD ONE'S ARMY : put an Eternia Crystal in the

Eternia Crystal Stand and survive until the boss

BETSY : defeat the boss after wave 7

TRUFFLE : make an artificial Mushroom biome

with at least 200 Mushroom biome blocks (using
Mushroom Grass Seeds) and build a house to attract
the NPC

Capture a Truffle Worm with a Bug Net

Prepare a large area with multiple levels of platforms in

the ocean biome

DUKE FISHRON : summon the boss by fishing in

the ocean with a Truffle Worm as bait, then defeat it

Farm DUKE FISHRON to get his wings and

powerful weapons

X: JOURNEY'S END

Upgrade your gear and weapons rarity by reforging

them at the GOBLIN TINKERER

Gear up for the bosses (weapons, potions & armor)

EMPRESS OF LIGHT : summon the boss at night

in the Hallow biome by killing a Prismatic Lacewing

LUNATIC CULTIST : summon the boss by killing

the 4 cultists at the dungeon entrance, then defeat it

LUNAR EVENTS : defeat the LUNATIC

CULTIST

Destroy 3 of the 4 LUNAR EVENTS

Celestial Pillars that appeared in the world

Gear up for the last time by taking a lot of defensive

potions and ranged weapons (with Chlorophyte Bullets
for example) and by upgrading your accessories

MOON LORD : destroy the forth Celestial Pillar to

summon the boss, then defeat him

Farm the MOON LORD to get powerfull

weapons and some luminite ores by summoning
him with a Celestial Sigil

Upgrade your gear with Nebula/Solar/Stardust/Vortex

fragments

THE END (almost)

POST MOON LORD

Upgrade all accessories and craft a Cell Phone

Craft the mining mount Drill Containment Unit

Reforge all items at the GOBLIN TINKERER to

get the best rarities

Restart an adventure in Expert or Master difficulty

Collect all boss trophies (30)

Collect all monster banners (270)

Build an armor collection with mannequins

Spread your love of Terraria on the official forums, on

Reddit or on Discord!

Seasonal events
FROST LEGION : only during Christmas (15-31
december), triggered with a Snow Globe that can be
found in the monsters loot presents. Once the Frost
Legion is defeated, then SANTA CLAUS comes to
the town.
