Required Tasks

 Monitor the progress of each member in the assigned stakeholder.

 Do independent research on the topic.

 Prepare to be substitutes for absent delegates.i

Progress Monitoring Guide

Observers conduct a report containing assessments of each member in their

assigned stakeholder. Members’ progress is assessed according to the two

criteria:

1. PARTICIPATION: joining group meetings, maintaining communication

with members, completing tasks punctually,…

2. CONTRIBUTION: preparing materials, raising ideas, giving constructive

feedbacks,…

Observers may supply additional comments if necessary. Submit the results by

7:00 PM, September 3, 2021.

Instructions

 Refrain from contributing to the assigned stakeholder’s work.

 Conduct the report objectively.

Observers may contact the Organizing Committee to fill in for absent delegates in their
assigned stakeholder. Otherwise, the position remains vacant.
