1. Introduction and Purpose of the Study


This study addresses the nutritional difference of CMU College of Nursing students who
are living independently in boarding houses and students who are living with their
family members. Hence, the researchers made the decision to conduct a research study
to identify the significant differences in each side's dietary pattern and nutritional
status.

2. Description of the Research


You will be required to provide your demographic information when you take part in the
study. Following that, you will be required to respond to fifteen (15) questions, some of
which can be answered with a simple "Yes" or "No" and others that ask for your own
thoughts/opinions based on your personal experience.

3. Subject Participation
We estimate that the respondents for this study are 300 random nursing students from
different levels of CMU College of Nursing. The sample size was calculated using the
Raosoft Calculator.
