ACKNOWLEGDEMENT

First and foremost, we want to thank and honor our Almighty God,
who provided us the courage and the wisdom we needed to complete the
business plan we've been working on since day one.

We are quite grateful to have our teacher since without her, we

would not have been able to create a good business plan. She never fails to
impart his knowledge and lessons to us. She always had our best interests
at heart. To be honest, we have faced a lot of obstacles, but her leadership
inspired us to work hard and set higher goals. She instilled in us the desire
to be successful businesspeople, just as she did for herself.

We would want to express our eternal gratitude to everyone of our

favorite professors for becoming so encouraging as well. Their tenacity
served as motivation for us to carry on and intensify our previous efforts.

INTRODUCTION

Ready-to-eat food and beverages are referred to as "street food"

and are typically sold by a seller from a mobile stand by the side of the road
or in other open areas like a market or fair. The majority of street foods fall
under the categories of finger food and fast food and are typically less
expensive than restaurant meals. Due to the possibility for money,
entrepreneurs get into the food and beverage industry. There are many
different kinds of eating establishments, including fine dining restaurants,
fast food chains, and/or food stands on the street.

A 2007 survey by the Food and Agriculture Organization found that

2.5 billion people worldwide consume street food every day. The carts that
frequently line the streets of the towns are a terrific way to nibble like a
local because food is a big element of Filipino culture.

The Philippines offers a wide variety of delectable foods to try, from

the excellent and traditional grilled hot dogs, fresh fruit shakes, and roasted
peanuts to the more exotic oxtails, intestines, and baluts, which are boiling
fertilized duck eggs with the partially grown embryos still inside. Most
Filipino street food is prepared by grilling, frying, or steaming, however
some dishes only require combining ingredients.

Street food is a large portion of the urban cuisine consumed by

millions of low and middle-income consumers everyday, despite the fact
that only with unregistered vendors, most street food is frequently thought
to be unclean and not particularly nutritious. If eaten appropriately, it is
affordable, readily available, and offers a meal that is relatively nutritional
and balanced. It is simple to prepare and eat, making it popular among
street vendors in the Philippines. While some of the items are sold already
cooked, others are prepared as you go.
