Guidelines for taking the Online Tests

• The guidelines created are required to be adhered to without any exception.

• Each test/exam must be taken with due seriousness and integrity so that all stakeholders have a realistic understanding of the level of
children’s cognizance of the concepts taught.

Practicing Academic Honesty during the Online Tests

• In order to be steadfast in the practice of academic honesty in the online tests, the children are required to adhere to the following:
• Ensure that all reference material including textbooks, course notes or any other, are kept away from your immediate vicinity and is
completely out of reach/access.
• Taking help from any source, person or any use of unfair means will be construed as deviation from the guidelines and the test will be
considered invalid for assessment purpose.

We understand that marks/grades are important but any divergence from the guidelines or use of unfair means will provide a false
understanding of the competence of the child, and will be worthless.

• Ensure that the designated spot has a strong and uninterrupted internet connectivity.

• In case of any technical issue, contact the teacher present online immediately, detailing the exact problem that occurred and any error
messages you might have received. If you can take a screen shot, that is helpful as well. It is important to stay calm at this time.
• Check your work before you submit it.
✓ Ensure that every answer is complete and appears as you intended.
✓ Check if you have answered every part of the question.
✓ Review the accuracy of your answers.
