1: MEETING DOCUMENT

WEIGHTAGE = 15%
TASK INSTRUCTION:

Students are required to prepare a 15 – 20 minutes of slide presentation or video presentation on preparation before conducting a
meeting and write few documents relating to meeting procedures. The documents that needs to be prepared are:
1. Notice of meeting
2. Agenda
3. Minutes of meeting (of previous meeting)

Chapter 5: Meeting

Classroom, Telegram or any reliable methods.
2: TRAVEL ARRANGEMENT

WEIGHTAGE = 10%
TASK INSTRUCTIONS:

Students are required to prepare a 3 days 2 nights itinerary for the Manager. The itinerary must include the flight tickets/number, dates,
day, venues and hotel reservation.

3: INDIVIDUAL ONLINE DISCUSSION

TASK INSTRUCTIONS:

Students are required to actively participate in the online discussion. Students must be able to provide answers and questio ns during
the online discussion takes place. The online discussion should cover all topics in the syllabus, all FOUR topics.

4: ONLINE FINAL TEST

INSTRUCTIONS:
i. Each UiTM Branches are “RESPONSIBLE” to develop their own ONLINE FINAL TEST.
ii. Students “MUST” respond to the ONLINE FINAL TEST within 1 HOUR ONLY.
iii. Modes of ONLINE FINAL TEST:
a. i-learn UiTM
