INTRODUCTION
Hotel information system is an android application, its aim is to provide information

about the hotels which is accessible for all users.
This system starts with hotel’s owner who want to log in to upload information about
the hotels through the internet, so the project is very useful for the people to find out
the best hotel in city providing best facilitaties in which he/she wants to stay.
When the owner logged in he/she can upload, edit and delete hotel services, it can be a
name, room rent, food menu, number of rooms, contacts and location etc. When user
open the application, he searches hotel in his targeted city. According to his location
application show him a list of hotels. User checks the hotels in detail he choice the best
one.
The main purpose of this application is to give complete detail of hotels for the
unknown visitor through which he/she can choose his best without going to city and
check the hotels one by one.

PROBLEM STATEMENT
 Today, every man is very busy with his work. They have no much time to visit
hotels and collect information one by one.
 As we know that if a person goes to an unknown city then he/she may needs a
hotel to stay a night or day. So he/she doesn't know where the hotels are in the city.
FEATURES OF PROJECT
 Home page: This interface will act as a launcher activity. It will show two
accounts owner and user for access the application features.
 Owner: They will be able to make changes in their hotel’s information or add a
new hotel.
 Attachments: system contain attachment feature for uploading pictures of hotel
to explore his hotel.
 Where are you Going: system contains a form which is use by the user to
enter the location, no. of rooms and no. members.
 List: Application will show a list of hotels

Conclusion:
Hotel information System plays vital role in finding the best hotel in any city for the visitors. As
we know that if a person goes to an unknown city then he/she may need a hotel to stay a night or
day. So he/she doesn't know where the hotels are in the city.
In our system we are going to introduce an android base and web base application to guide the
visitor to find the hotels in city and moreover he can clarify the services of hotels.

As many hotels owner can't do their hotel’s publicity, they can do their hotel’s publicity by
uploading the details of their hotels using our app.
