I am writing this reference letter on behalf of Becca Shepherd who has worked with me for a
number of years at Refuge Youth. I hope this letter will show that Becca is a skilled ministry
worker and could be an excellent fit for your team and staff.

Since September, 2021 Becca has been the acting director of the youth ministry at Westside
Pentecostal church. Her job has been to organize Friday night events, and provide spiritual
direction for the teens of our church in grades 9-12. She has done an excellent job this year, and I
feel as though I made the best choice for our church in giving her this position and responsibility
as she has led with passion, grace, and expertise. It has been my pleasure to watch her develop
her skills over the past few years and see the valuable ministry leader she has become. Her
ministry abilities have grown immensely, and has been an incredible asset to our team.

It is of my opinion that Becca would be a valuable addition to your ministry staff. She cares
deeply about people and walks in step with the Holy Spirit. Hire Becca if you wish to hire
