Quam nisi quisque integram For unless a person keeps this faith
inviolatamque servaverit, absque whole and entire, he will
dubio in aeternam peribit. undoubtedly be lost forever.
Fides autem catholica haec est: ut This is what the catholic faith

Sed Patris, et Fili, et Spiritus Sancti But the Father and the Son and the

Spiritus Sanctus a Patre et Filio: non The Holy Spirit is not made, nor
factus, nec creatus, nec genitus, sed created, nor generated, but proceeds
procedens. from the Father and the Son.
Ita ut per omnia, sicut iam supra So that in all things, as is has been
