Our previous risk management project roles and responsibilities I identified various risk
within our Tyrell Corporations project. The details of this project are as follows; Design a
website in 3 months for Tyrell Corporations focusing on their newest product Nexus-6 replicant.
In this paper I will identify risk, propose solutions, and create an action plan. I will provide a list
of risk in numerical order listed from most impactful downward, and provide an action plan to
Risks: Revisit the Anticipated Project Risks section of your Risk Management Project Roles
and Responsibilities assignment. Given the timeline that Eldon Tyrell has given you, are your
initial identified risks still valid? Why or why not? Do you foresee any additional risks?
In my previous risk analysis, I identified 3 risks that were impactful to this project. After
receiving the 3 months’ timetable these risks are still important and should remain a focus for our
project team. First, we must make sure our content and information are accurate. Next, we must
ensure our site to be unique. We want to avoid coping anyone else web design and verify that our
site is not a replica of another companies. Lastly, we need to verify that our site will work on all
browsers and computers. It is vital that our web site can be easily accessible to everyone on the
internet regardless of the computer manufacture or branded browser they are using. After doing
farther research and receiving the 3-month timeline there is additional risk that we will need to
address and have an action plan created. The additional risk is: important risks are not identified,
adding new features outside of the original scope, market interest has decreased and unrealistic
design expectations.
Solutions: For this section, create a table. In the left-hand column, create a list of all the risks
you have identified so far for this project. In the right-hand column, create a list of your proposed
solution(s) to each risk. These solutions must be detailed, including the resources or
communication that will be needed to mitigate the risks. Your solutions must also be practical

Action Plan: Now is the time to create an action plan for these risks. For this section, list all
risks and rank your risks from greatest to least (this can be in numerical format or in a list with
the greatest risks at the top). Once you have done this, provide a detailed action plan for each. Be
sure to state whether your chosen action is preventative or a contingency and why.
