Education & Qualification
֍ Introduce the products to the clients by using Social Media, manage Sales and Marketing plans and
budges. Plan to reach the sales goals and make networking with the existing clients to reach the new
clients. Attend exhibitions with the team and create new opportunities to extend new market.
֍ Directly report to Country Director for Sales Team Activities.
֍ Set up distributor's target and monitor sell in, sell out & reporting ( Food & Beverages )
֍ Utilize sales data to manage, develop, and serve existing accounts. Find ways to identify and convert
new account opportunities for the business.
֍ A key part is to find ways to improve and develop sales numbers. This is accomplished through
analyzing performances for all relevant accounts and monitoring competitor activities and market trends
to find new opportunities. Manage Promotion execution.
֍ Producing reports and presenting to department head through analyzing sales and data, produce
wholesale forecasts and work towards agreed KPIs.
֍ Lead payment collection team to make sure payment income from the customers. Follow up for
payment delay customer information and report to Director to prevent overdue payment.
֍ Lead operation team day to day to make sure arriving customer's order in time and with no damage.
֍ Analyzes data to create an understanding of the relative strengths and weakness of key competitors
day by day.
֍ Check every customer's information to make sure to collect detail information of the client and
provide finance team to keep the client data for payment system.
֍ Operate with CRM System to make sure every customer's information is safe and track every change
anout customer's order transctions time to time.
֍ Development and implemented favorable pricing structures balancing firm objectives against
customer targets by analyzing car rental market day by day.
֍ Report the significant issues ( car incidence/ car repair/ customer complain ) and sudden occurences to
the leaders timely. Manage Key accounts to control existing customers and complaint handling.
֍ Make sure to have a strong relationship with the client, handle the sudden problems timely that occur
when the headquarters or the branch companies are doing marketing or sales work.
֍ Hold regular meetings to identify the goals of plan, coordinate and review the work, and give the
advise or suggestions for improvement.

֍ Collect and verify the customers to make sure safe and security for both lessors and lessee.

֍ Make sure the clients to be understood car rental policies and procedure, risk and car maintenance.
֍ Prepare and negotiate the agreement terms and conditions upon the client needs and wants.
֍ Set idea for seasonal promotion depends on the customers feedback.
֍ Make decision within the authorization. Report the work beyond the authorization to the supervising
postions timely, and provide sufficient information for decision-making.
