2022 GLOBAL HANDWASHING DAY

1. Pursuant to Memorandum No. 2022-03-0091 of the OUGFO, this office announces the
celebration of the 2022 Global Handwashing Day lead by the Department of Education, in
coordination of WINS SDO Calamba City through Kapayapaan Integrated School WINS.
2. Theme: “Unite for Universal Hand Hygiene!”
3. Target Participants: All teachers and students of Kapayapaan Integrated School.
4. Schedule and activities:
A. In-person program entitled Sama-samang ikaway, Malinis na Kamay will be held at
Marikina Elementary School on October 14, 2022 (Friday), 9:00-11:30 am. and will
also be broadcasted live via the OK sa DepEd and DepEd Philippines Facebook
pages.

B. School-based handwashing activity on October 17, 2022 during MAPEH time

integrated in their health lessons.
