b) To Bar Council (via email) - usually they will
acknowledge via email - may call them if not sure
c) To AGC (call first to confirm either by hand/courier
or email) - because if by courier, they won’t stamp
acknowledgement.

5 Once received all acknowledgements for the 3 bodies, draft

Division) - by hand to be safe

5 BM EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE APPLICATION # the easiest CTC

finish/collect all of these right before I finished my pupillage - NEXT, TO THE FILING OF
BORANG 6 (the Long Call Papers)!

 4. BORANG 6,7 & 8 - THE LONG CALL PAPERS (The end of the journey?)

the ‘Pengesahan Dokumen’ has settled.
- Make sure that the officer has affirmed the
Transfer Form! E-file it the next day.
