- ARB Pedro Suarez is already dead. During validation, it was learned from the heirs of Pedro Suarez that they sold the lot to Jomar Valencia. Jomar Valencia
is allegedly the son of Luis Valencia, the personal driver of the GO family, who allegedly owns/controls the FENCED banana plantation where the lot was
situated. Since it was impossible for the heirs of Pedro Suarez to cultivate the lot as it is inside the banana plantation, they decided to sell to Jomar Valencia.
They do not have a copy of the deed of sale/ agreement because allegedly, the buyer did not give them a copy.
- ARB Adelaida Suarez, deceased, had the property assumed by the Bernales, who also sold it to a “Jomar Valencia”, allegedly the son of Luis Valencia, the
personal driver of the GO family, who allegedly owns/controls the FENCED banana plantation where the lot was situated. Since it was impossible for the

agreement because allegedly, the buyer did not give them a copy.
- ARB Mawalic is already dead. The lot is sold to Niño Dimpas, who also assumed other lots in CLOA 1989. Niño Dimpas is advised to process the Approval
of Sale of the lot he bought from the heirs of Mawalic as he also assumed 4 unallocated lots in CLOA 1989, which were not originally allocated to ARBs of
CLOA 1989. Since he assumed more than 3 has of lots, he cannot apply for inclusion for all those lots.
- Based on the ASP, ARBs Bromio and Severo never had any lot allocation from the beginning since they were non-residents of Brgy. Lapu-lapu and never
tilled any area under CLOA 1989.
- Based on the ASP, the following individuals were given lot allocations under CLOA 1989 but were never identified as ARBs:
- However, during further investigation by the FVT, it was found out that the following individuals are now the actual tillers, per BARC Certification, of the
unallocated lots, per ASP, mentioned above, and no longer the above-mentioned:

- It is impossible for any beneficiary to cultivate the said lots as it is situated inside the fenced banana plantation allegedly owned by GO.
- Heirs of Mawalic refuse to sign the forms and to show any interest whatsoever regarding the issuance of the individual title in the name of Arellano
Mawalic. They insist that they no longer want to have any involvement with the lot which they sold to Niño Dimpas.
