*** List of Actual Tillers (see separate Based on ASP, there are 12 extra lots not
sheet) originally allocated to the identified ARBs

Summary of Facts during the Field Validation:

- Only ARB Calumpang is still actually tilling the lot.

- ARB Pedro Suarez is already dead. During validation, it was learned from the heirs of Pedro Suarez that they sold the lot to Jomar Valencia. Jomar Valencia
is allegedly the son of Luis Valencia, the personal driver of the GO family, who allegedly owns/controls the FENCED banana plantation where the lot was
situated. Since it was impossible for the heirs of Pedro Suarez to cultivate the lot as it is inside the banana plantation, they decided to sell to Jomar Valencia.
They do not have a copy of the deed of sale/ agreement because allegedly, the buyer did not give them a copy.

- ARB Adelaida Suarez, deceased, had the property assumed by the Bernales, who also sold it to a “Jomar Valencia”, allegedly the son of Luis Valencia, the
personal driver of the GO family, who allegedly owns/controls the FENCED banana plantation where the lot was situated. Since it was impossible for the

heirs of Bernales to cultivate the lot as it is inside the fenced banana plantation, they decided to sell it. They do not have a copy of the deed of sale/
agreement because allegedly, the buyer did not give them a copy.

- ARB Mawalic is already dead. The lot is sold to Niño Dimpas, who also assumed other lots in CLOA 1989. Niño Dimpas is advised to process the Approval
of Sale of the lot he bought from the heirs of Mawalic as he also assumed 4 unallocated lots in CLOA 1989, which were not originally allocated to ARBs of
CLOA 1989. Since he assumed more than 3 has of lots, he cannot apply for inclusion for all those lots.

- Based on the ASP, ARBs Bromio and Severo never had any lot allocation from the beginning since they were non-residents of Brgy. Lapu-lapu and never
tilled any area under CLOA 1989.

- Based on the ASP, the following individuals were given lot allocations under CLOA 1989 but were never identified as ARBs:

- LOT 1-B: 17,694 sqm EDILBERTO CASTILLO

- LOT 1-C 5,000 sqm MELCHOR MONTISCLAROS
- LOT 1-D 5,000 sqm DARIO SOBRIO
- LOT 1-E 5009 sqm FLORENCIO SABIDRA
- LOT 1-G 15,000 sqm BRENDALIE LUGAY
- LOT 1-H 5,010 sqm LUCIA PANDUCTAN
- LOT 1-I 4,997 sqm RENATO V. PADING
- LOT 1-K 4999 sqm EDGARDO PANDUCTAN
- LOT 1-L 4,998sqm JESSIE ECOY.
- LOT 1-M 4,999 sqm CECILIA FLORES
- LOT 1-N 4,999 sqm DESIDERIO ZAFRA
- LOT 1-O 4,991 sqm MAXIMO MORIÑO

- However, during further investigation by the FVT, it was found out that the following individuals are now the actual tillers, per BARC Certification, of the
unallocated lots, per ASP, mentioned above, and no longer the above-mentioned:

1. ERICO BERMIL (Originally allocated to and CECILIA FLORES)

 Total area for inclusion = 9,999 sqm.
2. EDWIN ECOY (Originally allocated to his father JESSIE ECOY-father: deceased, FLORENCIO SABIDRA and LUCIA PANDUCTAN)
 Total area for inclusion= 4, 998 sqm.

3. NIÑO DIMPAS (Originally allocated to RENATO V. PADING, EDGARDO PANDUCTAN, MELCHOR MONTISCLAROS, MAXIMO
MORINO, and DESIDERIO ZAFRA)
 Total area for inclusion= 24,986 square meters

- It was also found out that the following unallocated lots, per ASP, were never tilled by the assigned non-ARB as it is inside the fenced banana plantation of
GO:
 LOT 1-B 17,694 sqm EDILBERTO CASTILLO
 LOT 1-D 5,000 sqm DARIO SOBRIO
 LOT 1-G 15,000 sqm BRENDALIE LUGAY

Any Threats Hindering the ARB Validation/Parcelization Process

- The reversion of the lots awarded to ARB Pedro Suarez and ARB Adelaida Suarez allegedly back to GO, the original owner of the LOTS under CLOA 1989
- It is impossible for any beneficiary to cultivate the said lots as it is situated inside the fenced banana plantation allegedly owned by GO.

- Heirs of Mawalic refuse to sign the forms and to show any interest whatsoever regarding the issuance of the individual title in the name of Arellano
Mawalic. They insist that they no longer want to have any involvement with the lot which they sold to Niño Dimpas.
