Short description of the Face to Face Classes and any other useful information:

Face-to-face classes is a traditional classroom instruction wherein there is an

interaction between pupils and teachers in school specifically inside the
classroom. Teaching and learning take place at the same time in school.

Opening of Limited Face-to-Face Classes

Title of Activity
Opening of limited face-to-face classes is a new door for
the students/pupils for almost 2 years of staying at home
Activity Description due to corona virus. This opening of classes welcomes the
pupils to be back in school in the new normal.

Objectives/Purpose
To welcome pupils in school in the new normal
Inform everyone that opening of classes amidst pandemic is possible

Highlights (i.e., well-performing school personnel, unexpected visit/presence of

a VIP, media, etc.)
There are lots of visitors came in school. They witnessed how excited the pupils
and parents were in school for the first time in the new normal. Everyone is
amazed and excited to see others faces happy to be in school.

Outputs/Outcomes
Everyone felt happy and excited.

Based from comments/discussions/sharing:
Some of the visitors last November 15, 2021, did not write their names on the visitors
log sheet and attendance sheet.
 Decisions/Agreements/Next Steps
Teachers, Parents, students, visitors, and stakeholders will continue to follow health
protocols upon entering the school premises.

It was suggested that there will be a place for holding area so that the learner will stay
in the holding are in case parents cannot fetch there child on time.
