Risk assessment is the cornerstone of effective health and safety management and it’s
also a specific statutory requirement under many sets of Regulations. Some risk
assessment duties fall on every UK employer, while others only come into play if you have
a specific hazard or substance. Use our checklist below to check you are meeting all the
requirements that apply to you and your organisation.
