Description of Business:

I want to startup a Industry for making Paper Bags , Plates , Bowls , Paper Cups (also for hot

drink) , Packages ( liquid product ) and Products made from it (like paper spoon, strow etc) .

This work will be done with Hydaulic machine. Where our company will be responsible for making

and manufacturing Ecofriendly and Biodegradable Paper Bags , Plates , Bowls , Packages, and

products made from it.

As now a days our local areas are developing very fast and use of Plastic and Thermocol Plates and

items is increasing a lot. Hawkers and street food seller use Plastic glass (use and throw),

Thermocol Plates, Bowls and throw here and there which is make the environment dirty and toxic.

Our aim is also to get 14-16 days free workshop to design Paper Product to students and women

( It get benefits to Students and Women as well as company). If women is creative mindset then our

company heir them.


Our company will provide delivery facilities of our products as per customer’s requirements.

And our company also provide delivery to all customers it will be in bulk or in separates.

• For separates orders means – separates order taken through our online sites. If any

individuals order on our sites, it will be charged more as compare to bulk. We

provide special design for individuals by his/her name, who pre-paid for order and it

delivers one or two days before the dates. Our company provides immediate online

order to individuals if their location is under 10 kms but with extra delivery charged.

We also provide free delivery (for bulk products) to customers who come under 5

kilometers.

One more important addition I want to add in my business plan is giving some special discount for

customers. Our company will sell according to kilograms and the card of every kilogram will be

given to the customer. And when customer collect the more cards our company will given special

discount or a gift to customers.

For example : A customer is using 25 kilograms of the product and he does 100 kilograms till the

end of the month. Then our company provides him a special gift or special discount.

Idea of this Industry arises in my mind due to there is only two or three whole sellers of Paper

Plates and also packages products made from it and there is no one industries of Paper Plates, and

its items. Paper Bag Making Business could be a very fashionable business nowadays and one in

all the foremost profitable business also. Establishment of shopping complexes and consumer

stores within the rural areas, semi urban areas and urban areas and concrete areas , the demand for

paper bags has increased. To create the environment clean our Indian Government banned plastic

bags. Ban on plastic bags creates a huge opportunity for the poke industry. Plastic is one of the
greatest inventions by virtue of its use in carrying things and has become a major element in

polluting the environment. It is almost impossible to destroy plastic bags. On the other hand paper

bags can not affect the environment. Paper Bags come from wood, which comes from trees, which

grow in the earth’s soil. Once paper is made, it can be recycled and used to create more paper

goods. Bags made from paper are biodegradable and hence more environment friendly than plastic

bags, which pose a threat to the environment.

The growth potential of my business is very bright because target market is wide with affordable

growth. From 1st year if we promote our business much this will give us massive profit. Just we

have to convince our targeted market for once . Because the service I am providing is just

extraordinary from the others.


I am seeing my company to the extent of height in coming year. I will make it a brand which will be

known by every individual who use Areca or Paper made products.

that in starting phase I will be facing number of problems but once I get over it then

there will be increment with time to time. So I have to do my promotions properly to get

As I had discussed earlier about my targeted market, there is a huge base of market for penetration.

Only I have to make them aware about my services. Everyone in looking for a Eco-friendly or

Biodegradable products.

Taking contracts from hostels, student lodges, and other professors of educational Institutes will

groom my business gradually

Financial Requirements

I will need lump sum of 10 laths for commencement of business. This business will be at break even

costs will occur. And also a biggest investment of our business is land and plant which is already I

Funding for this plan will be done by personal Investment and from lone money. Though the

investment is not big, so I can easily invest that much amount of money for my business. My

saving with addition to my parents saving. Rs 2. Lakhs can be invested easily for this plan,

for reserve money that can be needed anytime if I can stating a business there are my

collateral security which may help to take a loan from MUDRA Yojna for Rs 10 lakhs easily

there is no problem to invest whole sum of 10 lakh as a investment and Rs. 2 lakhs as a

reserve fund. (Indian government presently launched a scheme popular as MUDRA Yojna

where it is providing a lone of Rs. 50000 to 10 Lakhs for those who desire any start-up

business. We can approach our business plan and proper documents for loan applications.)

Repayment of Loans

Though investment is less as I am providing service , so this plan will execute and later on in

very minimum time I will gain my breakeven point, and thus after gaining break even and

after starting income I will start repayment of my lone money too.

Once the business came in existence ,from very first day I will start its sales, though in the

beginning the sales will be done at the lowest cost, or for very little margin.

grade pulp.

And this industry needs huge water resources and manufacturing paper products without a sufficient

emptied at a fast rate and many areas in our country running short of these materials, And its well
knew that paper industry one of the highly polluting industries, by which many rivers are being

polluted. And big problem face by the paper industry is a shortage of resources like power and coal

, and this industry very energy intensive where power and fuel comprise 25%.

Assistance Required :

WE must appoint more people along with us if we are also doing the task of manufacturing .

This may not be much expensive but we need to give them a proper explanation and training in

the beginning .

time or you can say to make their own monopoly. The noun COMPETITION is a word

that can be both positive or negative depending on the situations but from business point

of view it is a very essential and important thing because until there will be not be any

competition we would not give our 100 percent. As we will be doing what we want and

it may lead to consumers discomfort also because when there will be no competition

then it would be state of monopoly and that means they are able to do what they want

because they know that no one will be able to do anything as monopoly is in function.

So monopoly i.e. no competition is not a good thing. And its not only a disadvantage for

consumers but also for business too like if there is no competition then the company will

not be able to judge its position , capabilities and above all if there comes a situation

like this pandemic COVID-19 then our survival plus our consumer survival can be

vanished. Because with this growing population most of times it becomes next to

impossible to serve such a big number of people alone .

Competition will come by its own wherever there will be more than one party working

toward the common goal. As on that place no one would be wanting to share their

profits or market so to gain more and more or to conquer more portions they will stand

against each other and will give be giving their more and more efforts to make their

products valuable so that it may come under preference criteria of large number of

customers. This is competition in business which is known as Business Competition.

replacement, and a life cycle after which it has to be re-invented, In FMCG parlance , a brand can be

the product almost the same.

services as per the consideration given in exchange for transferring of the ownership and

• According to Philip Kotler, It is the only element in the marketing mix that

produces revenue, the other elements produce costs. Price is also one of the most

flexible elements of the marketing mix, that can be changed quickly, unlike

product features and channel commitments. At the same time, pricing and price

competition are the number one problem faced by many marketing executives.

• According to W.J. Stanton, M.J. Etzel and B.J. Walker Price is the amount of

money and/or other items utility needed to acquire a product.

• Price is an article or service in its market value expressed in terms of money. It is


given by Clark.

So these were some definitions given by different authors on price.

Now comes what is the difference between PRICE and PRICING? PRICE is the

amount that we charge in exchange of our product for per unit or services per time

whereas PRICING is the process which includes setting objectives, developing

strategies and settings prices and enlarging in implementation and control as per

marketing plan. There are four types of PRICING strategies namely:-

• Premium Pricing- A type of pricing that works for a segment of market and

industry where there is competitive advantage existence for the company is

known as Premium Pricing.

• Penetration Pricing- A price that is set artificially low to earn more market

sharein less time is known as Penetration Pricing, it is generally done when a

new product is launched.

• Economy Pricing- Economy price is a economic price and on this price

margins are low compared to others.

• Skimming Strategy- Skimming prices are that price which you can charge for

your product but only till your competitors allow after that you will have to

drop the price because of the alternatives of your product in the market. The

idea behind this is just to earn more money until the product or segment

attracts more competitors.


Selling Price = Total Cost + Desired Profit

The above mentioned equation tells us how to calculate SELLING PRICE.

NOW how I will be pricing my product is somewhat , if a customer purchase 25 kilograms of the

product and he does 100 kilograms till the end of the month. Then our company provides him a

special gift or special discount.

We will be categorizing range of discount according to the quantity purchase. Below are the

The PLACE plays a very vital role for any business. As the place you choose for your

feedback of your services as well as products. And if we are setting up a factory then also our

place selection should be appropriate that means raw materials should be easily available,

labors etc also should be easily available and also at cheaper rates and other things like water

supply should be regular and electricity supply should also be regular and good.

So keeping all this mind we have select Gamharia , Jamshedpur area to set up our

business , in this area there are no one industries like us and it is also a very posh area

with many small hotels are also in nearby. So it will be beneficial for us because people

will be knowing about our company more and more people comes in this area regularly.

mediums for promoting of products or services such as televisions, radios , newspapers,

magazines only this much was the mediums through which you can promote your goods

or services soundly. But in today’s world there are multiple ways in which you can

promote your goods or services. Now we have a very big and famous platform that is

social media through which we can catch up with a large number of people in less time.

customers release that they can now select the lawns caters and hotel by just sitting at their

homes by saving much of their time and making their efforts less.

beneficial for our industries. Since there is no other industries like us , we will get more

get all the needful things which I need for running my business such as land, electricity.

• We have choose this project because as we know that our earth is polluted by more Non-
