Westfalia Separator
The Westfalia Separator UCD 205 decanter centrifuge The following adjustments are possible:
is a continuously operating horizontal solid wall bowl basic differential speed
centrifuge for maximum dewatering requirements of beginning of control (threshold value = torque at
municipal and industrial waste water sludge. The frame which control begins)
is of open design with either gravity or pressure control gradient (differential speed change as a
discharge of the clarified phase. function of the current and hence of the torque)
Vibration dampers between housing and foundation Torque stage 1 Feed, closed
frame prevent largely the transfer of vibrations and are Control
0% gradient
included in the scope of supply.

Technical data
Decanter type UCD 205
The comparative capacity refers to various decanters from Westfalia Separator and is below the
max. throughput capacity. The effective capacity depends on the extent to which the inflowing
mixture can be clarified, the level of solids contained in the feed, the dry matter content required in
the discharged solids and the level of solids permissible in the clarified liquid. In general, the machine
can be adjusted to take account of the above requirements.
Min. lifting capacity of trolley hoist for installation, assembly and dismantling: 1000 kg.
