ABSTRACT
Logistics and supply chain management have become one of the
developing industries in the period of industrialization and
modernization of the world in general and of Vietnam in particular.
Researching these issues will provide more insight into the process in
the supply chain. Therefore, this study will learn about the supply chain
management system of the Heineken brand, as well as understand the
management, implementation, and development of this multinational
brand. In addition, we also delve deeply into the challenges in this
supply chain, so that based on the knowledge learned in this course, we
will offer solutions and recommendations.
